    I keep on coming back for shilpa's yoga tutorials every few years or may be months. Never been able to make yoga part of my life the way I wanted but as and when I feel my body and my mind are losing the healthy state I start from scratch and bring myself to the point where I can start again physically and mentally with more power. Hope to keep practicing yoga as part of my life from now onwards.

      a reminder for you in case you stopped the practice:) also! You can buy a book or understand on any video on TH-cam about the yoga sutras by patanjali and start your yoga journey properly! And then if you are able to keep it up properly for 3 months...it is quite rare you will ever drop it! Haha. Har har mahadev

    First of all grand salute to Shilpa Shetty. पहेले मुझे योगा के बारे मे कुछ भी मालूम नही था. जब शिल्पा शेट्टी का ये विङीओ देखा तब कही सारा input मिला. कही आसन सिखने को मिला. फिर मैने सव्वा घंटे का खुद का सेट बनाया. बहोत अच्छा experience मेहसूस कर रहा हू. चार साल से बिना किसी रूकावट. विङीओ मे information बहोत अच्छी दी है

    I have started. It's 4 th day. Let's see the changes. Second day some bodyache occur. Now Some stiffness is gone. Best exercise and good explanations. I used to do all this in my childhood. Feeling very happy😁😁😊

      @@sabooo786 I have never done it for weight loss so can't comment. But one thing for sure the entire body gets fully flexible. And you will be consistent if u do it everyday.

      I do the entire thing everyday.....intially when u start do every Asana just once if ur fit or pls consult and Dr. And then gradually after 2 weeks I do each Asana 2 times.

    Mene yoga ko jab Se apnaya h mujhe bahut ache results mile h... Shilpa k yoga Asan bahut ache Se btaya gye h or inse hi mene apna wait v kaafi kam kr liya h.. Mere size XL Se normal ho gya h..thx

    Very slowly yoga exercises are stabilizing my mind. The calm and peaceful environment fills the heart with peace. All in all, yoga was very nice in an impeccably beautiful environment.
