    I’ve been stuck in the Struggle again it seems for some weeks now. After over 2 years of Good sleep and recovered even though I already know the process and what causes Insomnia why do I feel stuck. It seems harder now especially cause I know the cause and can’t fix it.

      @@1timbarrett Yea I guess that’s the Way to see it, that the Struggle is a sing of Recovery. I mean, I’ve slept as well just the days when I Struggle is when it Gets me more. Thanks for Your Kind Words!

      I am going through that too. I know what causes it but still looking for new information to stop the struggle. Thought never to have to go through this again, that makes me sad and depressed. Still not ok with being awake I guess.

      Hi Salvador, my heart goes to you. You've got such a great support from all these wonderful people in the comments! I also had 2 years of good sleep and then insomnia stroke again. Really nothing unusual, but I feel your frustration. Know, that you have all the answers here at hand on the channel. Check out the speedbumps playlist and allow some time to pass. It's great that you know the cause, this awareness helps you to try not to fix it, as it only keeps the struggle alive! ;)
