Thank you very much for the detailed instruction. I thought that battery replacement on newer vehicle just can be done with the use of memory saver device. I just replaced the battery on my 2019 Toyota Sienna following your instructions. It started just good and all the computer PCM module settings are good too, except radio stations, which is not a big deal for me at all. My friend replaced his battery on his car with engine running. But you need another person to help you with holding battery cables to prevent them from touching each other or contacting with vehicle body.
@Viktor_G_Automotive Great content!! Could you do a video on calibrating winter tires to the tire pressure system of a Sienna Hybrid? The vehicle is not auto calibrating/recognizing my tires, even though they have pressure sensors build in. There must be a manual way??? My winter tires are in their own rims Thank you!
@@JimKort-l8g hi, the tire pressure sensor ID codes have to be programmed into the vehicle ECU with a scan tool every time you switch from one set of wheels to the other. Unfortunately, Toyota does not have auto recognition of tire pressure sensors.
Thanks for the information. This is interesting since some Sienna drivers claim that the car recognized the tires after a few miles of driving. What tool do you recommend to program the tires? Or is the only option I have the dealer? We just bought a 2025 sienna hybrid but I still had winter tires from an older model.
you can do it yourself. I personally use an Autel 808 scan tool, but I’m sure there are cheaper options out there. Autel bidirectional scan tool: amzn.to/41dCLXp Also, I am not sure what older model your winter wheels are from. If they are from a previous generation Sienna (2011-2020), those sensors may not work with the new hybrid Sienna. You would have to check with the dealer to confirm.

@@falseye60 hi, yes, you could use a memory saver, but the instructions never mention it, so I show how to do it without one. Cheers!
Nice video , thanks 👍
