Thanks for the video. Unfortunately, the filter I got was torn... I have to buy some from Amazon today. Thankfully it should arrive later today. A bummer, wont get to try out the coffee though lol. A shame the QC for the filter was bad.

I use another brand filter. When soaking it does not have all those particles that comes out like out of the Keurig water filter. What a difference plus the Keurig is much more expensive.
What brand is that? I might need to try it.
