Any tips on getting the filter cap off? The squeezing/pulling motion doesn’t work for me. My hands are not strong enough and it’s very frustrating. Thanks.
I understand about your hands, and it could be challenging. My wife also has a hard time with it and always asks for my help. And that will be my tip to ask someone for help with it.

I just noticed I've never had one either. Shows how much attention I paid when I bought it. I've always routinely cleaned the reservoir though. I've had this maybe 6 years now lol
@@melissasmith2019 I had it for some time as well, before I learned that water filter need too be replaced, which is my reason why I make this videos. I learned a lot from people posting on You Tube. And saved a lot of money. Thank you for watching.
Keurig is a totally messed up company. They have NO part numbers for any products. They cannot tell what water filter kit to use based on the unit serial number and model number. Their website is TOTALLY unclear about this. Their foreign based customer support actually told me to buy the tall filter which the web site says will not work on units with a tank shorter than 8 inches. Mine is 6 inches tall. 😡
If you still have old filter, search for it with information you have. I found mine on Amazon with searching for Keurig 2.0. Below is Amazon search result: 6Pack KEURIG Compatible Water Filter Cartridges For Keurig by Delibru - Premium Activated Charcoal Used in Filters (6) a.co/d/9er9sKj

I don't have one either but I looked it up and it says that not all Keurig 2.0 have a water filter.

Mine doesn't have it too. Why would you need a filter if you put clean drinking water

Maybe is not supposed to have it. Check out your manual to be sure. If you don't have manual you can find one online with you model number.
