Thank you for this! Just bought my 3rd Keurig. Started off with (old) classic ... then 'upgraded to a slimline. Slimline lasted just over a year and refused to switch on! Went back to store and got a one cup but no reservoir and its time consuming just for one coffee at a time! So took advantage of the sale at Target (79.95 for the K-Classic) and went back to the updated version. I didn't see a filter but ... the one from the slimline fits so saved $15 not having to buy one!

Lol i did purchase the wrong filter lol. But the updated one will be here Friday lol. I made sure it looked like the one he used. I was sent the old style from Amazon lol.
I wish I had watched this first before purchasing my Filter kit. They sent me the old style filter holder. The new 2.0 will be here Friday. They really should have put that on the box. That this is the new version. With a new tank model. That way we can get the right part the first time. Nevertheless I'm happy with it. And Amazon is nice enough to let me return it and get my money back for free. I kinda wish they let me keep it so i can keep the extra filters lol 🤣.
I press the handles and cannot get it to pop off! Ok FINALLY for it to pop off. Not the best design. But I prefer the classic Keurig over any other. Best for home and office use.
I've noticed that my K50 isn't brewing a complete cup lately & it leaves coffee grounds in the bottom of the cup, it doesn't taste bad though. I've taken apart everything that I can & cleaned it all, from the side water compartment to the top where the pod actually goes. So it's not from me not cleaning the pod placement thoroughly. I have the newer K50 model & mine does not have the long plastic attachment w/the filter in it. So how do I change it if it didn't come with one? Please advise, thank you!!
Question: With my Keurig water filter prior to installing I noticed what appeared to be small particles possibly from the filter both prior and after rinsing. I am hesitant to use the filter since I don't want to be drinking those particles. Have you seen this with the filters?

How many brews do you have to do when using this filter on the K-Classic?
Do you leave the filter in all of the time? I used filtered water for my coffee maker.

Yes, you have to have the Filter Handle they call it to hold the filter over the output of the water tank.

Yes, sometimes the they include it, if they do it will say so on the box, but most times now you have to buy it extra. Thanks for watching!
