The trunk release is to the right facing the trunk :) Also, I like how the trunk actually opens up instead of just unlocking it. Bought mine January of this year. Same features as this one (no technology package which includes the Blind Spot Monitoring, Adaptive Cruise Control, and forward collision warning among others) but in silver with the all black interior and red stitching. Also, I love this V6. It's not the fastest or newest, but it's darn reliable. Accelerating on the highway or when the light turns green is an absolute joy. No hesitation from the transmission or from the engine. It sounds great. I appreciate the sound dampening materials all around to make the car very quiet. And yes, I totally understand and agree that the Camry is NOT a sports sedan even with the XSE package. Don't really care though. It is what it is to me and I have enjoyed every moment of driving this car. My last Camry was definitely just a commuter car and I was fine with that. Lasted 12 years relatively trouble free.
thanks for the feedback on the trunk release button also I would prefer to get the V6 than the 4-cylinder because it has more power than the 4-cylinder
The 6 speed automatic transmission that comes on the 2015-2017 camrys are way better than the 2018-2021 transmission when it comes to reliability and smoothness but the 2018-2021 is a decent transmission as well.
I had a 2005 XLE V6 in grey. I sold it because it wasn’t sporty, now if I had somethin like this, I would NEVER sell it! Man! Nice color too!

Is a 6 speed transmission on a 2017 Toyota Camry good?
Yes, it’s very good.

@@DrDimp is it a cvt transmission?
@@Rama_248 no, it’s a 6 speed automatic. The Hybrid camrys are the only ones with CVT. The regular non-hybrid have a automatic transmission
@@DrDimp oh ok.. I’m thinking of getting a Camry or a Avalon
Nice car
Are they suppose to whirl sound on cold start ? Is it normal?
