    Had Mine for just over a year, Never any issues at all, The Engine Sounds and feels great, sports mode is fun, all ive ever had to do was get an oil change. Personally I think this year camry is very underrated and plan to keep mine for A few years as a great reliable car.

      patricknedz i have a 2010 LE base Camry in the super white color with the 2.5L Dual VVT-I I4 SMPI 6 speed automatic. It has a good amount of options for it being the base LE. Has automatic lights, power driver seat, all auto windows including rear, synthetic leather steering wheel, outside temperature reading, odometer with trip meter readings, gray cloth seating with padded dash, padded armrest, and has power controls for the radio on the steering wheel, cruise control, has speakers in the front and rear, spare tire, hubcaps, red dot LED brake lights with the red turn signals, and has the foot activated handle for the parking brake, And has 180,000 miles. Been a family car for 7-8 years now and uncle bought it with 35,000 miles used in October of 2011 and still have it in February of 2019 with 180,000 miles. Car is still in good shape and runs and drives great. It’s durable, reliable, and efficient at getting me to work and school and wherever I need to go to. Car is babied a lot and gets its maintenance for alignments, oil changes, and other things. The engine is still healthy and it is reliable and still has all of its power.

    I am glad this Toyota 2017 SE Camry has a key and not a keyless remote. When the battery goes died in those keyless remotes, the vehicle will not start. I prefer having a regularly key like I had on my 1998 Camry XLE.

    • @badAssKitty3
      @badAssKitty3 3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Not true. There’s a back up key in the keyless remote that you can use to open the car door with, if your keyless remote battery dies AND if you hold the keyless remote on top of the push to start button then push the start engine button while continuing to hold the keyless remote on the button your car will start! I would know I own a push to start vehicle ☺️ plus the replacement batteries are cheap !

    My mom has a 2017 Camry XLE in that same color now with over 50k miles & has been perfect so far! I had a 2015 Camry XSE V6 which I bought new & drove for three & a half years. My brother eventually bought the car as I upgraded to a 2016 Lexus GS350 F-Sport which has been problem free so far as expected. I will likely continue to buy Lexus & Toyota vehicles for the rest of my life. You can't beat their reliability!

    I just bought my 2017 Camry SE a few days ago here in FL. I got it in white. The front black center grill, it looks impressive with white. I traded in my 2006 Toyota Camry SE, with 202,000 miles. It was even painful to let my old Camry go, it was such a dependable, and smooth vehicle. I drove that one from CT to FL 4 times, never 1 problem. This new one is a gem. I LOVE how my GPS Monitor let's me know if I received an email, or a txt, and all I have to do is hit read, or if I get a call, I press the answer button. And, also, that beautiful voice reads all the txt's, and emails for me. I no longer have to mess with my cell phone. The digital features, I love as well. I can see each tier, and check how low they are. It let's you know how many miles until you are empty, I travel constantly, I love that feature. The design with the red in the seems of the seats, and the speedometer needles are red, loooove that. I LOVE this smooth, elegant, yet sporty design. I will have this car for the next 20 years. I will always buy Toyota Camry's. My car of choice!

    Bought this Camry in 2016 at Christmas off the showroom floor ❣️ Still had the huge Red Bow on it when I drove it off the showroom floor ❣️ I got the last Blue Streak color, they had in stock. Absolutely the Best Car, I have ever purchased ❣️ Still have it and still looks and runs like brand new ❣️ One of the Best Years and Cars that Toyota ever made❣️ Love the Racing Stripes in Red all inside the car. This was sadly, the last Camry that was made to look and feel like a "real sports car"..... ❣️❣️💗 Praying mine continues to last for years to come 🙏 The BEST feel and look ever from Toyota ❣️ Always had Mustang's and must say that This Camry is far better than anything I have ever purchased ❣️ Thank You, Toyota ❣️

We got the SE but it doesn't have a moon roof, but everything else is identical. And Toyota has a 0% financing up to 72 months going on for another day I believe. It's a great car. I've got a blue SE with almost 10k miles on mine and it pulls strong. 0-60 times don't matter in real world driving, but I can tell you this car will get it when you need it to. This VVT 2.5L is a very efficient, well made piece of engineering. It's my commuter. I drive 51 miles one way to work every day and I maintain a combined average of 31.4mpg. That's about 80% highway driving. I'm considering getting some black 18" wheels that match the styling of the car nicely and some decent tires to give it a little better grip and sharping handling. And I definitely want the XSP Borla dual cat back exhaust accessory that some Toyota dealers offer just because I love dual exhaust outlets.

    I just got a screaming deal on my 17 Camry. 20k even out the door. Had a 09 Buick Lucerne with 103k miles on it. Love that car until. I spent 3k in maintenance in 2 months. Never thought I would be a Camry dude. But actually like it. I'll hold it down for a few years. Digging the 18 models. All goes well I'll be trading for the new 19 or 20. Damn.... 2020.

      Dude I'm in the same boat! I have a 2008 Lucerne with 200k miles on it! Im looking into replacing the tired old girl with something newer and was considering the camry. Do you like yours and have you had any problems with it?

      2007 Lucerne owner here 103k. I'm bailing on it asap. Water pump and thermostat replaced. Literally next day brake pedal went to the floor with brake line leak. Going to test drive it 2017 Camry SE tomorrow. Hoping for years of trouble free driving.

    Great video, and nice car! A Toyota salesman up my way told me that the 2017 Camry and the new Prius' body panels are formed when the metal is hot, apparently increasing the strength of the metal. Interesting.

    Anyone have transmission shifting issues with the 6-speed in this year? Car seems to do a hard shift down when decelerating around 40-20 mph.

  • @user-tr7sh9gc4x

    Just yesterday bought same model and exact same color... So far only which car is missing is a satellite radio and navigation system and I hope Toyota start making screens like Mazda/ Mercedes/ Audi which either stays opened or popping out on level which is good for driving and screen size should be at least 8-9" cause screen is so small...
    Other than that it is Toyota Camry which is best world brand and best selling car in the world

    Just bought a 2017 Camry a few days ago and although it is pre-certified used car....it is AWESOME....I LOVE this car!
    I had a 2007 that I also loved, but I was t-boned back on August 15th and it was totaled...I was so depressed and scared of even driving again I really thought about the idea of never driving again. Fast forward to now and all I can say is I'm back in the saddle again...even more cautious that before and I've always been extra cautious when driving, but my new, It's new to me, 2017 Camry has brought back all the things I missed about driving and more! This car rides like a dream and has quite a bit of power, very sharp looking and I have the model with the special paint job...sometimes it looks black, sometimes dark charcoal, sometimes deep blue...really neat! My car was built here in the US which is also a plus and I miss my 07, but this car is certainly kicking off a nice new year for me! I HIGHLY recommend this car!!

    My 2017 Camry SE is the exact color as this Camry in the video with the exception of the Sun Roof. I didn't want another vehicle with a Sun Roof because sometimes water can leak inside the vehicle.

    Great video but there are two things you should have mentioned. The hydraulic power steering pump is gone, replaced by an electric one that does a great job and saves 1 mpg. No more checking the automatic transmission fluid. It's a sealed unit. Just a little over 3,000 miles on mine and absolutely no issues, perfect! I got mine with the upgraded connected Nav, HD and satellite radio that has a larger 7" screen. My opinion is they should have made that standard.

      Do you know if they replaced the soy based bioplastic wiring for these Camrys? I keep hearing about Camry owners getting thousands of dollars of damage done because the wiring get literally eaten by hungry mice. Trying to decide if I want to get a new Camry, but don't want it to have edible parts!

    • @WFTL14
      @WFTL14 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I just read about that. I don't know, we'll see. Hopefully they have sprayed the wires with a coating that will discourage snacking.

    I just purchased a Certified 2017 SE Camry this exact color and interior 7/29/19. I am excited waiting for Toyota of Bowie, Maryland to clean and have the vehicle ready for my pickup. It was an original lease vehicle and the previous owner left the vehicle dirty. Before I bring the car home, I will inspect it making sure everything is ok. I traded my 98 XLE Camry for the 2017 SE Camry. Thank you for making this video because it is helpful. The dealership gave me a 2018 Camry V6 XLE loaner until my Certified 2017 Camry SE is ready to pickup. I am meticulous when it comes to taking care of my Camry and keeping it clean. This is the 3rd Camry I've owned in my lifetime and I will keep the 2017 until I go on to glory.

    I'm actually driving the 2018 as a rental car until my 2013 Chrysler 200 gets repaired because of a rear end accident. Never owned a Toyota, especially the Camry
    But i must say when it's time to return it once my car is ready, I'm not going to. Love the Camry. The Seats, the rear room comfort, the comfortable steering among other things. I might consider trading my 200 in for a Camry although I'm almost done paying it off. Love The Camry in all Aspects. Especially the Fuel Economy
