- The plaintiffs lived with the defendants while they were in between places. The defendants constantly smoked weed and argued, according to the plaintiffs. When the plaintiffs moved out, they say the defendants took their belongings and maliciously threw them away, so they are suing. The defendants allege the plaintiffs picked up their items. Besides, the plaintiffs reportedly owe money for rent and utilities, so the defendants are countersuing.

I've been in a situation where i was sleeping in one of my sister couch and had my stuff all over my siblings' houses. It was so hard! I'm so very grateful for my siblings generosity. It was hard on my siblings too, i was in their space, with my own drama going on. I'm gonna tell you thank for my family patience and care because i was going through it. I hope i will never find myself in that situation again but one thing i know for sure: i can count on my family and we might step on each others toes but i can count on their compassion and care. I think they're too young to realize how precious is a sibling bond.

The plaintiffs lived there nearly three months rent free and then bitch about the conditions. If I was the male defendant, I'd get a paternity test. It's too bad that the brothers get thrown into the middle of a disagreement between these two tricks.

there's an even simpler solution to Harvey's question. If you don't like what other people do and you don't have the authority to tell them not to, the simple solution is don't live with someone. As Judge Judy says I would rather live in a box than have to live with someone that might prove challenging to live with. That's not a direct quote because I don't remember the exact words especially in the last half of that but it is a paraphrase. I don't agree with Judge Judy on everything and in fact I think she's quite wrong on a lot of things, but I agree with her wholeheartedly on that.
