Warframe as a game has always been abit of a home away from home for me, but lately the more I play, the harder it is to put down. Thanks for watching!
2024 has seen a massive ressurgence of Warframe popularity For someone like me, who has been playing since 2013, it's so amazing to see this Game and this Dev Team get the recognition they deserve. I sincerely hope more people try the Game out. It can be a little slow in the beginning but once you get past that initial phase, you're in for a once in a lifetime experience.
I think the main reason for me Warframe is pretty much the only F2P game I can unreservedly recommend is that it's not just possible to play the game for free. It's the most fun way to play the game IMO. I have had an account for 7-8 years paying for platinum once in a while in order to be able to buy slots for warframes and weapons. Around three years agon I decided I wanted to see how viable playing for free really is. So I made an entirely new account where I simply didn't allow myself to spend money. Any platinum would have to come from trading. And since then that account has basically become my main since I found that way of playing more fun. My old account is currently at mastery rank 30 while the free to play account is at 32 (legendary rank 2).
Warframe has spoiled me. Trying to move on to any other game of the sort always brings me back to warframe. Genuinely only of the only games that respects your time, yes it can be grindy, but there are no paywall restrictions. Plus the community is the best I've ever seen, there's always someone in chat or a discord community willing to help you get anything you need! The Devs are some of the most in touch ever. They see how the players want to play and mold the game to fit that. They've turned multiple glitches and shortcuts turned into actual features. AND THE CUSTOMIZATION! You have more control and options than almost any other game. While all the content is free and accessible its not necessary to grind EVERY area of the game, just go get what you need. And no fomo, content doesn't get archived to never be seen again, most things come back around seasonally as events. No scummy mechanics to try and manipulate you into playing the game constantly, you are free to play what and when you want. The flow of the movement is top tier, and while there are stand out weapons and equipment you can make almost anything viable. True player choice, not just being locked into a few meta builds. Yes the new player experience is... rough, with such a vast amount of content with almost no direction. Look up youtube videos, find a clan or some experienced players. There's always people who love teaching new Tenno, if you can wait till you find the warframe that fits you and play through the second dream quest, the game is amazing.
I like how warframe is kinda like mix of other games with space fighting then like dark souls type of combat and many other places to explore its a wonderful but lacks understanding in the beginning and rewards need to be better for newer players so they can try new stuff that they may enjoy 🤗
*correction the game is a mess* *Too much to explore* *Confusing lore of where tf do i go* *Pro people speedrunning the* *Missions that leave noobs even* *more confused, platinum is not* *Explained hell 95% of the game* *IS NOT EXPLAINED and don't get* *Me started with the Meta of* *Weapons and mods*
Personally I find the game solid. I will give you that the lore can be a little confusing if you're not willing to read and research it but the argument that there is 'too much to explore' feels like you're unhappy there is plenty to do?
Absolutely. I love that. Adjacent issue...more and more recently, I'm seeing battle passes take their "paid and free tracks," that used to be separate (and thus be HONEST about free rewards drying out somewhat early), and merge them together into one track, to obfuscate whether you're actually receiving rewards unless they say "free." Division 2 just did that with their Seasons 2.0 change, and I really don't like it. Diablo 4 does that. I anticipate Destiny 2 will do it at some point. With Warframe's battle pass, if you rank up and you see a reward, you just get it. If it's a cosmetic you already have, highlighting it will tell you "you have this already, you'll get more creds INSTEAD." So ranking up is still valuable even if you have all the rewards already. I hate ranking up in a battle pass where I get nothing for that.

I have been playing for about 8 years now and I still love it.
Thank you so much for taking your time to make this video
No problem, it was a pleasure to make.

Now played Warframe for about 4-5 years now I bet it's changed so much
Cred to the Devs they have never stopped building and tweaking it so it's probably quite different lol!

I'll been playing this game for 10 years while playing division
Same, Warframe has always been a home away from home when things are getting a bit repetitive in The Division 2.

There is definitely a lot of variation which is nice.

I used to absolutely love this game but there's too many good games demanding too much attention, that I feel I couldn't catch up in Warframe anymore.
You don't really have to grind out a ton of stuff. It's worth it just to play for the main story IMO
Agreed, some of the story quests are incredible.
Volt is faster
You missed the greatest feature of them all. The Premium Battle pass is free for everyone 😂

Very true! After I uploaded the vid I just kept thinking of things I wish I'd added lol!
Doesn't have loot, 0/10
