Actually getting the Hex to like you is a completely different story. You actually have to get along with them (ie, say the right things). You most likely said something or a few things wrong which lead to Lettie friendzoning you essentially
yeah I locked myself out of Eleanor and Lettie by messing up twice for the former and once for the latter. There's apparently dialogue chains that start the relationship in the messenger chat but I fumbled and never saw them for those 2
You can actually use Quincy as a wingman and apologize to 1 of them if you absolutely fumbled their dialogue but I think you a specific interaction with Quincy where you forgive him or smth.
