Here we have the new 2024 GMC Terrain SLE. This Terrain comes in riptide metallic on jet black cloth interior. The powertrain consists of a 1.5 liter turbocharged 4 cylinder engine mated to a 9-speed automatic transmission.
Standard features of this Terrain SLE include Bluetooth audio, a backup camera, and WIRELESS Apple CarPlay/WIRELESS Android Auto compatibility. Additional features of this particular vehicle include a remote vehicle start system, heated front seats, and a power driver's seat with 2-way power lumbar support.

Question why the equinox comes with a 6speed which is good but the terrain comes with a 9speed

The terrain last 100,000 miles more than the equinox so the terrain is a step up from the equinox?

The difference could be rpm range or wind resistance
