Love the looks of this car. Just bought the Denali trim Terrain. Quite, comfortable and good on gas. The Denali comes with heated rear seats, which in my part of the world is a real boon when the temps go down to -40c.
The lighted emblem that is showing on the ground behind the car is showing you were to put your foot to do the foot open trick. You were mistaken as they are equipped with it and that is to aid you in finding the spot
The GMC Terrain second generation with the 1.5 Turbo AWD is just a great commuter vehicle. The Black body cladding is fantastic in stopping stone chips and road tar marks.
I've never cared for the chunky Toyota styles.....ever. We just bought a loaded 2024 Terrain Denali with the "Black-Diamond" edition Wheels. The overall color is the "Ebony Twilight Metallic", & the 19" rims are dark Gray. I think it's kind of a striking look! When test-driving it, i was fairly SHOCKED that the small engine felt very lively!! No problems at all getting up to Interstate speeds. Our MSRP was $44, 200..... starting price for Terrains is $38,600. Below $50K new, we really didn't care about price. The Wife gave the approval head-nod, & now there's 300 miles on it! Looking forward to the AWD in the Fargo ND winters!!!
The GMC Terrain has not been changed in a single detail since 2019, now they have only enlarged the entertainment screen a bit, it is a very good car, but please, change the design a little.

Hows the reliability on that 1.5 turbo engine?
Should offer a V6 engine
So for a great vechile ,2024 Terrain.
I've found adaptive cruise control annoying. I like normal cruise control.

It's fine
Its an ugly, under powered, underwhelming features, jdm wannabe, the end. I'll take my Highlander but I will say the sunroof is impressive.
