- Hey everyone! I decided to make this video because once as an incoming freshman, I had no clue which dorm to choose. I hope this video allows incoming freshman to get a feel of Foothill's environment. In this video, I will briefly talk about the Foothill's pros and cons, introducing the dining hall, laundry rooms, rec rooms, etc., and sharing my overall experience in the dorm. Please keep in mind that these are all solely opinion based and may be biased!

hey! i really appreciated this video. i'm an incoming freshman and i didn't do a lot of research on Foothill, so when i got that as my RH, i was a bit concerned as to what i was getting into. but this video really cleared things up for me, so thank you!

to any incoming thinking about foothill, I lived there on a third floor mini suite and I can hear people outside. if it were late and a group of friends are coming home lat at night, you will be able to hear every word of their conversation as if you are right next to them

Hawaiian pizza at Foothill? I'm THERE!!!! Well, too bad I already graduated. Anyway I never lived at Foothill but I lived almost as far from Southside (and non-EECS, non-chem classes) as Foothillers/LaLomers and I wouldn't say it's a hassle to get to other classes or have good food. Northside food court is close and, while not as varied as Southside offerings, has some pretty good Middle Eastern and Asian foods. Also there's a new Boba shop on Euclid/Hearst that opened up last year. IMO, living in Northside, even Foothill is worth it if you crave the quiet and nature, and if you want the nightlife/restaurants it's just ten mins, fifteen tops to Southside. Having said that, Cloyne and CZ have the occasional concert.

Hey, I was interested in applying to Foothill suite... quick question. Is the laundry really that bad or were you joking? I can't tell from the tone 😅😅
Sara Boccaletti I lived at Foothill this semester and based on my experience, it was always bad for me. The numbers on the machines were always off so I would end up wasting money from my Cal card on another machine that was already being used. The dryers took forever to dry my clothes. I would recommend doing laundry at the Hillside party of Foothill because they’re machines work better
hey! mmm i don't know if it changed since last year but my experience was always bad- i know i kind of exaggerated a bit in the video but the machine numbers are swapped and sometimes and dryers aren't the best :((

my friend got accepted out of the waitlist and posted about her commitment to Uc Berkeley and she said “ finally gonna be somewhere where I’ll be happy” and I’m like WHOS GONNA TELL HER ???? 😭😭 get ready for no life 😭😭
