I looked it up and realised it gives a small money increasing boon. You know what, I'll continue giving one to round boi. 😙 It's up there with greeting the happy little supporter shade after the 3rd boss.
it's nice to see that your IGT for speedruns are about the same as my rama runs. I have done that weapon a ton though, I'm up around 400-500 runs with just that weapon, but I can typically get sub 10 easily and sub 9 on a lucky run. I've gotten sub 8 twice, but sadly didn't record either time
Shackle can be a nice start here until you get something decent, which you did early anyway, although hard to beat splash dash. Chaos can be really important cos his dash strike damage boons are minimum 50s and can go up to 110s+ iirc. If you do end up with double edge, honestly extra dashes from Herms become quite viable but hard to beat hyper delivery I guess. Nice run, ggs!
@ 15:10 yep, this is probably my biggest gripe with an otherwise phenomenal game. Holy hell it can be all too frustrating to get the God you want reliably. I think the keepsakes should have been an increased % chance to run into that god on all applicable chambers - even if that came at the cost of the extra boon rarity (as in they took it away) because the consistency alone would be worth it.
Nice run! Is there a reason not to pursue Artemis boons in Asphodel, to increase the crit stuff? Just thinking especially since the other gods didn’t matter as much.

what's the advantage of Extreme Measures 2 here? it's been so long since I've faced standard Lernie that i can't recall that arena, but I'm guessing E.M. reduces the distance between Hydra heads?

It would be nice, not positive it's totally worth when you already have an attack boon. Not sure on what's correct there honestly.

Just done this as an inspirational run on heat 13. Knocked it out the park with seastorm, tidal dash and lots more easy
i finally got a sub 14, a 13:36 Hera... sub 10 would be a dream for me
Why do you use aspect of nemesis if you're not using the special very often? Wouldn't Zag sword be better for the damage boost?
