Hi Norman. Great video! I appreciate going over these increases. I agree that the lifted increase looks a bit neater in your sample but they both definitely work. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful week! 😊😊
Hello, this tutorial helped me a lot, so thank you! Is it possible to do this increase on the edges, instead of the middle of the piece? Also I saw you mentioned you would post a tutorial on how to decrease, it would be really helpful for me and I’m sure, many others! Thank you so much 😁
right on the edges. Well...i mean, you can do it for the last two stitches but if you want to do it on the very edge you'd have to pick up something like KFBF (knit front back front) or kyok (knit yarn over knit)
What a coincidence! I an knitting this pattern today since my husband requested a thick pot holder. My aunt crochets something called thermal stitch, and I just can't get the hang of it. But would love to hear if anyone else has found good uses for this double knit stockinette.
If you decide to move anywhere , come to LA , open a yarn shop . With your patience , expertise and talent , in no time you will be successful . Many are showing interests in crafts , knitting and crochet here .
M1L 4:02 M1R 7:02 (time-stamping so I can come back to this) thanks!

Do you have a double-stockinette decrease video? Thanks in advance!

This looks like a hard stitch to me!!
heh..well it's a bit more difficult, I agree!
For me as a beginner knitter too is difficult
