I have the same litter box and overall it saves me a lot of time shoveling poop and gives me more time to do other things, which is very helpful in a household with 3 cats. I bought it from the pet store on AliExpress for 250 euros. To my surprise, it only took about 7 days to arrive in Spain.
WOOOOOOOOW….. this was so fun and interesting to watch. Those cats are so so adorable. I could watch this video over and over again. You do such an amazing job explaining and also your input on suggestions are just spot on. I think the litter trap base where the cats jump out of it is just absolutely a must and that I would want a kitty litter box that had that. The suggestion of the hole to let the water out easier is a for sure for sure and should be taken into consideration, Yes, that would be so so frustrating to try to get that water out with a flat base. I have tried something like that before just with flower pots and I finally just got rid of the flower pot because you have to take a rag to get the rest of the water out. Such a smart, good looking cat litter boxes they have nowadays. I really like the style and I really love the color. I like the size of it also. Thank you again and God bless you and keep those videos coming. Every time you put out a video it is really exciting because it puts a smile on my face. You are so, so fun to watch and you just have a way putting your videos and such a FUN format. I really hope the company takes up your suggestions because they are awesome suggestions.

My Litter Robot 4 has a night light that comes on when it gets dark.. I would recommend that for this..
Also, this exact litter box is going for $246 on Temu right now..

I have two of these now. One of them, had the yellow rubber stopper (perhaps an older model?), last week the barrel for this one stopped rotating. I tried a hard reset, ensured the barrel was set in correctly, but I have had no luck getting it to work again. I also noticed the yello plug was missing, ny guess is it fell in at some point and got dumped into the waste bag.
I am wondering you have any insights as to why the barrel may have stopped turning and how I can troubleshoot this issue?

Have you performed a deep clean on the litter box? If not I would recommend doing so. A lot of the time these machines start to act weird when they get really dirty. If that doesn’t do anything, since you have 2 try swapping parts between them to see if the problem continues or transfers to the other machine. This can help you narrow down what part contains the issue.
Thank you for your quick response. When I have placed the barrel on the base that is working properly, it has worked through a cleaning cycle without a problem.
I did wash the barrel but I am going to take the bottom mat out to make sure there isn't an issue there.
I checked the motor and the battery, no loose connections there, everything seems properly sealed.
I do have a question that I can't seem to find an answer to anywhere in the manual or online.
On the machine itself, just above the slot where the barrel is supposed to be set in place, there is a round grey part, about the size of a green pea. I am wondering if that is a sensor or has some other functionality?

Hi. Really great review. Wondering if you can help with an issue. Mine was working great until I unplugged it and moved it. After plugging it back in, it started the cycle and dumped all the litter in the garbage bag and then stopped. I’ve tried several times to restart but it does the same thing. Might you have any suggestions? Thank you so much.
I have had this issue, sounds like Something is telling the machine that you want to empty it. Is it on a level surface? Have you looked through the manual to see if there is information on fixing or troubleshooting the issue? Maybe try touching/holding the clean button the moment you plug it in. If that doesn’t work try adding litter after the start up and then press the clean button to make sure it spins the correct direction. If none of this things work, I would contact Bastrumi or the manufacturer.
I had same issue the other day. I unplugged it and started it without litter. Then added litter after and it started spinning the right way. Hope this helps
There are a lot of functions on the app that are not explained. How does it deodorize? No clue. Any one found a resources?
Im having issues with this same cat litter box. It keeps purting clean litter in the waste bin!!! Why??!!!! I just got it!
u probably add too much of it ,there is a line max/minimum
I got this. I love the app. However, i sent it back. It started to smell. I decided to take it apart and clean it. It had urine on the bottom platform. I do not know where it was leaking from, but yuck.
