    CPO Great Video! I really do love your videos - I'm going to be replacing my ball joints soon, with this video you go into detail and giving awesome tips which will save the heartache and headache if something happens. Keep up with the videos CPO! You're my go to channel to fix / upgrade stuff on my jeep!
    When you were trying to remove the bolts from the caliper bracket...and I was thinking why is he doing that manually. HAHAHA within seconds you said the same thing and grabbed your impact gun.

    Thanks again for another great Video Brother!! Getting to replace my Tie rod with a Barnes4wd 1ton and speed sensor due to a deer committing suicide with my Jeep :) Lots of great tips!

      The Bearded Jeeper I get mixed responses... I can tell you I've never had a rock stuck between the shield and rotor since I removed it! 😂😂

    Great video but wouldn't C gussets be more important than knuckles as far as strength in the front end?

      Sleeves, c gussets, a truss, rcv axles with a free spin kit will build you a bomb proof dana 44

    Hey Chris, while your in there are you replacing the ball joints? Now would be the perfect opportunity. Funny you mentioned the speed sensor cable disconnect behind the shock tower. I had the drivers side come apart on the trail and the incoming wire harness got wrapped up in the steering shaft linkage and damaged the harness. I fortunately found where the wire broke and was able to repair without replacing the harness. Those connectors are kind of a pain to get to unless you remove the inner fender liner.

      Michael Durling These are Dynatrac ball joints that came with the axle I out on last year... So no need to change mine... But you are right!

    Hey CPO, I am wondering why you were changing from the Yeti system?? Were they not what you thought they would be? I am thinking about putting the Yeti system on my new JL Jeep!! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

      Thomas Pagel yeti is rock solid. Don't assume that a change was because of something bad. I just really wanted to go to an aluminum setup...

      I was going to ask the same thing. Other than the obvious fact that he was asked by the company to install it. Which don't get me wrong I have nothing against that, but I am curious if you were having any type of failures with the YETI stuff.

      I don't know if he did, but I did, the attenuator on the drag link failed on me.

    • @erich2186
      @erich2186 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      I skipped the attenuator and just went with the tie rod and drag link. Tie rod has taken a beating and not bent so I have no complaints.
