Why the fences?
its a public park on the other side i think. my guess is people are driving over the curb and parking there and the city is trying to stop it
The fences are placed so they obscure the view of the Hollywood sign from the narrow streets thus discouraging people from pulling over to park and causing traffic congestion.

@@1nc0gni1o The engine noise adds more to the production. Also, the white noise produced by Teslas are louder than traditional cars.
