    Hi brother's. Im from Australia. I was following the exercise plans of white peoples but wasn't able to seen any much difference. Now I'm following yours intermediate level routine and Allhamdulillah I can see big difference after 3 weeks. Thanks guys.

    This channel helps me a lot as I was beginner I knew everything and I had a plan but when I finally came to intermediate I didn’t had any routine so my trainer recommended to follow this page and it’s intermediate plan although I can do my workout easily only in legs I cannot do much sets cause I’ve done intermediate legs once and it did hurt a lot for few days but still I’m trying my best as much as I could thanks mybollywoodbody

    I've been following your new routine(Intermediate Level). It is amazing. Followed your earlier routines also. Big Fan! 3 set 33 reps.. damn. gand phatt jaati hai bhaee.. just need to ask that if there is no machine for leg press.. is there any alternative exercise we can do???

      Go for machine bench press m/c & lie on floor place ur leg on bar & do u'll get the feel of leg press I guarantee
