    GREAT recipe!
Club soda, seltzer water, will also make a very light delicious pancake. If you make them thin, they are deLICious with lemon juice, butter and sugar.
If no pastry bag, use a zip lock, as the plastic is heavy. Pour mix in plastic bag and get a corner. You can snip off a very small piece of the corner or use a couple of pin holes or a make a hole with the tip of a knife. Don't squeeze too hard.
Thank you for your recipe. They look terrific❣

Tuesday k - I wouldn’t use a liquid substitute like lemon juice or vinegar. Cream of tartar is a powder so very different. You can buy it in the spices aisle in your grocery store. I also love my Apple pie spice for apple tart recipes, croissant filled with apples (sprinkles Apple pie spice on them). yummy 😋

That looks YUMMMMMY. I will try it this week. If I were making soufles with spelt flour instead of your usual cake flour. I would add little more soda powder so to make spelt flour rise. Spelt flour needs raising agent and bread soda or baking powder can be used for that.

YESSSSS! THANK YOU SO MUCH! I’ve been looking into this recipe but most aren’t in my language and seem to have different ways of measuring, or I just don’t understand 😅, but thank you so so SO much! I’m making them for breakfast this morningggggg 😆
Update: I’m not the best cook so it’s completely my fault! They turned out horrible tasting and not fluffy, I think because I added baking soda instead of baking powder, I added a little too much milk & I didn’t have cream of tartar. I’ll try again sometime because there’s always trials and errors though. And again it’s not the recipe that was bad it was my mistakes.
