    Today's Total Body HIIT Workout with weights is going to give you a killer full body workout using just a few dumbbells - so you can workout from home! I'll run you through a quick warm up before we get started and then we will get into the HIIT style goodness. 30 secs of work 10 seconds of rest today and we are getting through each circuit twice.
    Weights I'm using:
    Small set = 5lbs each
    medium set = 10lbs each
