    Man I can't get enough of this technique . I felt the tingling and the tightness and was so at peace. Even after the 5 rounds were up I started pranayama meditation and I tell you what. Euphoria like I've never had. Now off to the cold shower. Peace to you all.

    I’m so glad to see so many people on the path. You don’t realize that there are people all around you pondering the universe for themselves. Doing so just as people like Aristotle and Tesla once did. We are the universe and we have come to life to experience ourselves. For so long, however, those who have realized this have remained in the minority. I implore you: spread these ideas and these realizations with the people around you. We must all do our part to push humanity forward. Cheers fellas :)

    I have been doing wim hof for around a year and it really really helped my mental health. However i think i may not have been going deep enough. Today was the first day i really really pushed it and now i know the REAL POWER of this, five rounds of going as hard as i could go and fucking wow. I had visions of my mental state being helpless in the past and i suddenly had a vision of how powerful i really am. I had similar visions of a tiger communicating this to me while on shrooms years ago and wondered what it meant, now I think i get it. Thank you so much for providing the video from the bottom of my heart. And for anyone that thinks this doesn't work.. my advice is push as hard as you possibly can and FOCUS. thanks and much love!

    O Wim… I truly have no words as your life‘s work is my life‘s work as far as doing these breath works to help me move on in my life I love the jungle sounds on this one it’s my favorite I find that music can be distracting if it’s too loud or into high of registers like flutes and stuff like that for me personally I love it quiet and basic and I really do relate to primitive sounds thank you thank you thank you with my heart my heart♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

    Awesome I love it thank you so much for this x I actually have been reducing my cigarette smoking by an impressive amount. I used to smoke one packet a day. Now I have had only one cigarette yesterday. I can really feel tingling in my hands and body by round 4 and at round 5 I feel even goosebumps running up my legs and arms and I feel really relaxed and calm at completion of all 5 rounds.
    I’m doing this version of breathing every morning to start my day. It’s my most favourite on the entire TH-cam 💕

    Wow wow wow... around round 2, turned into bowser from super Mario bros and grew larger with every breathe. Then went super sayan (I don’t even watch that show) during the breath hold, smiling out of control. Feeling the most powerful I’ve ever felt in my life. Honestly strongest experience I’ve ever had. Wow. This shit really is magic. It’s changed my life. And it’s free. Why aren’t more people on this trip? Promotes health and awareness, physically heals the body, heals mental trauma, annnnd you get to get super high and have cool visions?! Anyone else?! Lol

    This is absolute bliss.....one tip I would give anyone doing this; after the two minute breath hold and then a full inhalation, try holding for 20-30 seconds instead of 15 seconds before resuming the hyperventilation breathing. Feels great. 😀👍👍

    • @Dinckelburg
      @Dinckelburg 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Not advisable, I was just reading about how this can cause problems leading to symptoms such as heart palpation.

    • @djc0108
      @djc0108 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Kane Danaher It’s not that difficult to do; 20-30 seconds holding of a full inhalation is easy compared to the two minutes breath hold after the exhalation (and that in itself isn’t hard with practice). I appreciate your warning though, good for people to be aware to make their own informed choices. 👍👍👍

    • @Dinckelburg
      @Dinckelburg 5 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@djc0108 Yes I know how easy it is to do, but I was reading on r/becomingtheiceman about how holding the in breath for too long can cause complications. I've also heard the same from a licensed WHM instructor. There is little benefit to holding the in breath for longer than the recommended 10-15 seconds, regardless of how good it may feel. You should really be focussed on holding the out breath for as long as you can.

    • @djc0108
      @djc0108 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Kane Danaher I do agree with you that it’s the holding of the exhalation that’s the important part. The benefits of doing the Wim Hof breath holds are great - really enjoy it. 👍👍👍

      @@zepecat hi Wim Hoff people. I am at 2 year mark. At least 4 rounds every day and all cold showers, occasionally ice baths, my excuse being that my winter tap water is about 40 degrees. I'm 58 and getting all the physical benefits you normally hear, not to down play that but I felt good before I started so nothing inspirational there. I'd say the most beneficial thing I've gotten out of wim Hoff is that reset feeling, it gives me a chance to make every day a great day, not that I always do that, honestly a lot of days I fuck up completely, but that's a choice, whereas before wim Hoff I just had a fair amount of shity days that I would just ride out, I didn't have a tool for pulling myself out, now I do, that's the magic to me.

    I'm sick at home and I just did 4 rounds because the cough was way too much. I felt tingling in my fingers and face. When I finished I heard a continuous sound and I thought the bathroom sink had opened or the plumbing was making weird sounds; it was my ears. It was so different, and like something opened up. A month ago I had an ear infection and I haven't been able to hear well since; I hope the breathing exercise was the solution. Meanwhile, until I found out if I hear better, I'm feeling great.

    Question? By drinking Distilled water and clearing the the pineal gland in the brain does WHM also help clear that as well? Searching for answers just like everyone else.

    I did some breathing and I went to get ready and dressed for school and I ended up in such a meditative state that I ended up falling subconsciously and didn't realize I collapsed for a few secs until my cousin came out and I started laughing

    Can anyone confirm, if this method is through the mouth or nose? (Sorry, I'm new to this) I do feel fresher after doing it though which is a good sign

    I’ve been doing the wim hof breathing technique for months and can’t get past holding my breath for 1 minute. Any suggestions?
    Today is Sept 23 and I still cannot hold my retention not more than a minute but I keep trying. Even though it is about a minute, I feel so much better mentally.

    Yeah, I think I’m improving! I finally lasted holding my breath to 1 30 and the oximeter showed 85/53 but still fluctuates and will go back up to 99/65. Can anyone tell me if my rounds are being effective for me? Nine months ago I had emergency open heart surgery and after sending me home an oncologist calls telling me that when testing my blood, the diagnosis was metastasis Stage 4 BC.. I plan on beating this. I am 68 and feel wonderful! Hard to believe that the medical industry finally got their grips into me, not for long though! 👍

    Please clarify my doubt as I intend doing this breathing meditation everyday. You breathe through the nose and breathe out through the nose or mouth, please. Kindly respond.

    I like this version in theory, but the length of the recovery breaths is inconsistent and very short in some rounds. In round 4 for example, it's only 8 seconds from the audio cue for 'breathing in' to 'fully out' which runs contrary to my own 15 second rhythm quite a bit…
