    just to add, keep the nut on whenever you tap on a tie rod etc, or you will hurt the threads, just back it off a bit, or better, turn it around so you are tapping on the bottom so you dont hurt the castles of the nut ,

    If you flip your castle nut over and rethread it on the tie rod until the rod is just starting to show, you can tap out the tie rod without damaging the nut or your threads.

    Would like to see how you were able to get the boot and washer pushed over far enough to get the e-clip on.

      I finally had to leave the washer off and just use the e-clip.

    I was made aware that you dont need to actually remove the outer tie rod from the knuckle. You can get a wrench on the inner shaft and loosen it that way, you would just count the threads on the inside of the jam nut.

    do your remember the vendor or part number for the boot? Looks like an easier install that with the Kubota boot

    If they had put the tie rod behind the axel they wouldn't have such a problem.

      Thank you for getting back to me. I need the same boots for my L60 and all I am finding is OEM. 🤮
