I have so much insecurity and fear of what people think of me. I hate it. I am really working on it!

From a young age, my family taught me that my opinions didn’t matter, everything was my fault, and I was wrong. That still carries over to my professional life and has made it difficult to get ahead in my career.

Another quick psychological boost to confidence is to simply dress nicer. Wear a suit. Put on a tie. Simply dressing up makes you feel nice and will put you in a better more powerful feeling mood. I always made it a habit of dressing one level better than people around me.

Hi Kararonin, these tips are very useful. Thanks for sharing. If you could show a summary of tips at the end, it will help to recap the learning easily.

Always intimidated by others specially by the seniors but you truly boosted me by this sentence that older or senior doesn't means that they are more knowledgeable or confidant ....
Thanks Dear Kara Ronin for such a great video ❤❤❤

Yes kara you are saying absolutely right if we are aware about something then on that topic we can't speak confidently but sometime we come across such situation in which smooth speaking is Not easy but we need enough word power And phrases so that we can convey our thought to other buy using these phrases phrases play a vital role to make us speak without any fear in front of any One ..when any Person speaks language in flow it becomes impressive And make a good impose on opposite Person Or the Person from which we are talking is influenced ..so we need to stand by making some gap in between feets And make a good eye contact And talking slowly And should be stopped so that other can get a chance to speak when he complete his talk then we should reply in the most best way .

So what does it mean when your shoulders don't move like yours. Surely a bit of movement in this area shows confidence and not looking so static!

Speaking confidently doesn't come naturally to everyone. There are many reasons why. Which reason holds you from speaking confidently?

I'm always lack of confidence of giving presentation especially when we are holding english meeting, because i've been trying my best to avoid making mistakes when i speak english at that time. so i think i have to make some efforts to reverse this kind of mentality. Thank you anyway, i've learned a lot from ur videos.

It's difficult to not be nervous when speaking another language. Remember, most people listening to you would be impressed by your English ability. They would also notice your effort more than any mistakes you might make. Keep trying!

As a 1st language English speaker allow me to calm your mind.... even if you mistake a word you most likely still have the respect and admiration of others due to the difficulty learning a new language and bravery of trying at all.

yes ,you're right. sometimes why i am not confident enough i think my listening skill is one of the contributors 😂i'm still struggling to it for now. hope i could find some effective approaches to improve it.
