- I wish I had this advice on how to be confident in any situation. In my corporate career, I've definitely had situations where I've felt a lack of confidence, and in my personal life too. Meetings, presentations, and social events. Those situations where you tell yourself, "I wish I could be more confident!".
Confidence might seem like an illusive quality that some people just naturally have. But what I've learned is that confidence is something you can build, or at least fake until you feel it. In this video, I will teach you my tricks and strategies on how to be confident in any situation at work and in your personal life. For those who are shy or introverted, this video will definitely help you.

As a non-native English speaker who are working in a multinational company ,sometimes i lose my confidence is because the language, for a instance , when i am deliverying my presentation my mind may suddenly go blank for appropriate words to express what i'm gonna say... so what should i do if i encounter this kind of circumstance.
I would take a breath. Remember why you're giving your presentation (because people want to learn from you). Remember your competency and value (which I'm sure is immense because you work for a multi national). Also, check in with your audience to see if they're following you. This will give you immediate feedback which will help bolster your confidence in that moment.
