The fact that they managed to please the hardcore fans is amazing. I absolutely loved this movie and to step back and appreciate the whole MCU and the payoff. For my kids, this is their ‘Star Wars moment’. Well done everyone involved.
Their new new sounds cool : After uncovering a massive conspiracy, an embattled NYPD detective joins a citywide manhunt for two young cop killers. As the night unfolds, he soon becomes unsure of who to pursue -- and who's in pursuit of him. When the search intensifies, authorities decide to take extreme measures by closing all of Manhattan's 21 bridges to prevent the suspects from escaping.
Thanos throwing Cap from 2014's head in the present would've been such a huge flex... but really it would've raised the stakes, and made the victory over him that much sweeter. I think it would've been so horrifying that it would've just cemented Thanos as an intimidating and unstoppable force.
Yeah, Kevin Smith really got emotional on the first review ... truly an amazing collaboration. MCU had tremendous momentum from Capt America:winter soldier-to-Civil War-to-Infinity War-to-Endgame
Look, I acknowledge that there are better written, better executed, more important scenes in the MCU than this one, but nothing is greater than Cap in the elevator to me.
The reason I like Winter Soldier more than Black Panther and Civil War was because of the fight scenes/choreography. The Lumerian Star scene, the Bridge fight, and man that elevator scene are on a whole other level.
1000 people in 1 theater thats is a giant screen n room to accommodate that many people would love to see a marvel early screening there cause I bet that place was rocking when Cap caught the Mjolnir cause where I seen it there was probably around 250 people n it was a pretty loud reaction so I can only imagine what it'd be like with 1000 that'd be crazy
I've seen so many interviews of the Directors and the writers but this is the first time I saw them so relaxed and genuinely smiling. Best interview because of Kevin he delivered so well.
Endgame isn't a great movie to me because I'm more into great storytelling than epic moments. That been said what these four men managed to pull off is amazing and I'm glad they were able to please the majority of fans even if it meant I missed out on my perfect ending. The movie will certainly go down in history as one of greatest cinematic experiences!
The action in endgame only took 20 percent of the movie runtime at most . The first hour was almost without any epic moments and just about how our heroes handled their failure, but i respect your opinion even if I dont agree with it
yes that's the point. I feel as though if you took away the 20% of epic moments, the storytelling wouldn't hold up on its own. The movie is saved because of that 20%. It is a comic book movie however and flows very much the same as a major comic book event, page by page, so I can't be mad at the writers for staying through to its source. I also completely understand why someone would disagree with my claims as a film like all forms of art is completely subjective :)
@@nabilibrahim3488 I think Endgame is more of series finale than a movie. In that sense it really works especially for Tony ,Steve ,Nat and Nebula.Even if you look at it as a movie the structure is very similar to The Avengers(2012).The last battle in The Avengers really works even though it's against a faceless army because of everything that comes before it and I think the same goes for Endgame.
My most epic moment to me came early in the movie when ironman was angry at Cap... Second epic moment is Thor with his Mum... Third epic moment... of course at the end of the movie. Maybe I am not too much about plot driven stories and action moments. but more about the internal struggle of the characters... like ironman and his anger, Thor and his depression
Why were they still trying to sell the story the "wedding scene" as a ruse to get everyone together? Were the actors really that stupid to think that way, when they have to act solemn and wear black?
Someone's gotta give Kevin questions to ask. Not only that but remind him of questions he's personally asked them before so he doesn't retread the same stuff for 5 minutes. You have these guys for limited time, USE IT WELL
People keep overhypin this movie.. Like it's the greatest movie en earth... Let's talk about the rat saving ant man.. Explain that to me writer 🤣🤣🤣🐀🐀🐀🐀
I live with depression and anxiety all throughout my life. I felt connected to fat Thor. I laughed heartily and experienced joy from his scenes because I related to his behavior. He also overcame his mental health issues which is a hugely positive message. You are wrong. I am human. I am allowed to laugh at myself.
@surfitlive I'm going to ignore the fact you haven't read my posts (it isn't me) and merely say, he is getting help, help isn't instant and can take many years and countless hours of therapy etc and then even when you're doing well a trigger can send you backwards. Also, the obesity was used as a symbol of his depression so yeah they did. Not to mention how continually making fun of obese people isn't nice either
@@Ailieorz when I was obese, my friends did crack jokes...thats just real life...it wasnt like thor was unworthy after being fat or something... But quite the opposite... I think people who think thor was a loser just coz he was fat are the ones who are toxic, not the movie which made the point very clear that he was still worthy and still very damn powerful
Anthony Mackie came in and stood...on their left.
Nicely done.
I enjoyed this.
Very very much.
It did......put a smile on my face.

Stop comparing it to Star Wars. This is far bigger and better than Star Wars.
@LorenzoVonMatterhorn not really chief. This has nothing to do with star wars. Yea its a great franchise, it just doesn't have anything do with this
I absolutely loved that Anthony Russo gave props to Kevin Smith that was really cool of him
Lovely moment, made me smile
Anthony Mackie telling Kevin that dogma is an awesome movie is so fucking cool
fucking history!
“This is the whitest dude in the world” 😂😂😂
Mackie got no chill
lovely interview. Kevin is awesome, I remember his glowing review of Half- Nelson. Awesome to hear that Mackie is a fan.
I love Kevin Smith’s passion for this stuff
I don't think I have ever seen Russos so cheerful during any interview. They really deserve a break from Marvel stuff.

Lol I don't think they slept since Winter Soldier until the premiere of Endgame. 😄
What a fun interview. Kevin Smith is the Man.
He is super fun. So much energy.
18:28 “spoiler sniper” why can I actually picture the Russo brothers hire one lmao 😂
Because they’re Italian. They’re connected with the Mob. 😂
Not so much the Russo's, but definitely Feige

No way Disney would have greenlit that scene. Would have been awesome in a horrific way.

Yeah, Kevin Smith really got emotional on the first review ... truly an amazing collaboration. MCU had tremendous momentum from Capt America:winter soldier-to-Civil War-to-Infinity War-to-Endgame
Glad they brought Trouble Man to my life. It only took me like 10 times from watching winter soldier noticing them talking about that

@surfitlive Before we get started, of course.
The fact that they were able to pull off Endgame is amazing all in itself tbh
YES, the host from the Anthony Mackie's interview is back.
surfitlive exactly
surfitlive plus he seemed genuinely engaged with the interview and did his research well.
I'm pretty sure that those 11 dislikes are from DC fans.

Kevin Smith is looking great!
Nice to see the writers getting their due credit here. They are the reason why the russo movies are so good.
