Madam, with utmost gratitude I inform you that I am an old person aged 64 and practising yogashon and pranayam since 1981, when I was attacked with allergetic asthema. Now after retirement, I have dedicated my life to yogic practice, with pranayama and dhouti kriya, and leading a life not like and old man but like a young man with mental peace satisfaction. But your videos again give practice and make me realize that in some cases and practices, my performances were not perfect.Now I have again begun to practise yoga as per your instructions. Thanks a lot for your efforts. However, finally I request you to make us know some ashons or pranayama to control insomnia or sleepnessnes. I am suffering from this trouble since a few years. Namaskar.

In low blood pressure practice all yogasan and Pranayama under guidance of a teacher . I also had low BP problem long back . With regular yoga practice my BP is normal
