    I failed to understand why we should follow mofa when rera carpet definition is more clearer. In many old buildings over a. Residence would have made many alterations of inner walls which are not structural members. Under such situation for the flats which are identical on approved drawing, mofa carpet will change and create a lot of disputes. Ideally to avoid any such disputes, it is best to go for RERA definition. And even when where if we have to sell the flat a purchaser will ask only RERA carpet.

    PMC is by any law is not legally responsible in the matters during the construction of any individual or group of bldgs in comparison to the title as an Architect ,as per covered by architects act ,Architect stands solely responsible by law during and after the construction of Bldg.So any appointment of PMC in building stands illegal and hence risky,as his job is purely as a coordinator.

    Interest on loan amount during project period and political nuisance reserved amount is to be included into the probable cost of redevelopment

      ​@@sanketrandive8739our building is going for redevelopment for which feasibility report prepared by PMC is not given to members as PMC saying keeping it confidential to have better bargaining power with builder, not even allowed to take pictures (only allowed to have look only , so what point in report should I look as layman)and is this correct procedure followed?

      project feasibility is prepared by business development team.. also it is prepared by specilised consultancy who knows the market
