Episode 12 - Alfa Romeo 4C Oil Change

  • Today we changed the oil on this 2015 Alfa Romeo 4C coupe
    It is recommend and stated in the owners manual to use MS-12991 rating oil. I found that the pennzoil euro ultra meets these requirements. I believe also valvoline and castrol have an oil also for those worried about warranty coverage if you are changing it yourself.
    The hardest part is probably the oil reset light! Hope it helps

    If you put items in your storage do they get warm as it is right next to the engine

      Sorry for the late reply, the rear storage gets warm but not extremely right away takes some time. On a hot day it can it definitely can!

    You didn't cover the hardest part of the oil change...the bottom engine cover removal, that can be tricky for some

    You can tell this is not a German car. German Engineers would never design oil to drip all over the frame brace !

      Some what agree but look up some vw like the beetle, not the best or porsches😉. Heck while Bugatti is French vw designed their power train...it has like 16 drain plugs or something and horrible lol I somewhat agree it depends on generations and engineers at the time
