@@fredofficial2296 forget the old exercise and focus on the new one. Example: Regular push ups will replace doing Knee push ups if you are strong enough

@@faizalmohammed9874 yes but also no. My diet mostly consisted of Wendy’s(American fast food) for two years and I only gained lean muscle for those two years. If you don’t get enough protein and calories, you won’t be able to gain muscle.

Nutrition is more important than all this training programmes. It doesn't matter how hard you train. Without proper nutrition you won't gain muscles.
