I subscribed to your channel this week. TH-cam does seem to be a platform for filling a void I think many people want to get rich on the platform because social media is constantly showing us that others are doing it. There’s a divide. Those who create content and products who travel the world and live without existential stress. And those stuck in traffic or trading time for money doing something we hate. As long as viewers are getting value and the creator isn’t scammy then it’s alright
Totally. I think you’re right in the sense that people are being shown these specific sets of guidelines that could lead to success on TH-cam and social media, but the problem lies in sacrificing your integrity and sense of values for success. Some are okay with doing that. Back in the day, no one knew you could make such a large sum of money through TH-cam so creators were a lot more creative and authentic with their content because that wasn’t ever the goal. In the end, we’re all just trying to fill a void.
Congrats on 1000 subs I just started mine been watching TH-cam for a long time it’s been a big help in life but people do want to get famous or be in the spot light and there so critical on them selfs about there vids got to be perfect and it’s sad in away ..TH-cam is about sharing and contributing but at the same time it’s a reflection of society interest just look at who’s popularity is showing I think it’s going to change in favor of being real and raw and authentic in a few yrs people are getting lonely for people on the fence on starting just start you got a story to tell🤓

Congrats on reaching 1k on TH-cam I just started my channel back in April and my goal would be to hit this milestone at the end of the year. I just want my channel to be about life experiences and when I get bigger to talk about video games and anime.
and who doesn't...? You know what I have discovered? When you want to meet people, you start thinking that you need to have this and that (money, good job etc). You need to be "rich" in some degree. The funny thing is that when u become rich (whatever amount of money it means for you) you DO start attract people BUT they don't care about how many times have you broken your back in two reaching what you have now. And the problem that you might face is you can start thinking "If I have been through and done a lot on my own without any support - why do I need anyone now? What good will that do to me?" It's not like I'm rich AF but still I have something I gained with blood and tears. And every time I meet someone I feel such an empty interest from them. You know it even stops me from wanting to continue becoming better and better. Cuz I know the cost and I know this feeling will grow and build up. Funny how I trapped meself in a cage I made innit?
