How white toner works

Nice price point versus other white toner printers but still a lot of workflow.
True, but I would first print all the paper, then all all the backing to all of them, then once that is completed just go mad pressing them on to the shirts. That should help speed up production vs doing them step by step one at a time.

u seem not to be answering any but here are three questions
1)when we take out the toners repeatedly won't they just dry off specially in hot and dry conditions of about 100'f
2)if we pre print the A sheets in some no. say about 100 then we change the toner and apply it to the prints will they still be usable or they dry off and the same question with sheet B
3)is the process applicable with A3 printer of the same specifications
4)do we need white toner for single coloured metallic sheets from Forever

What is the make and model of that double press!?
Can you just use the white toner for 1 pass? I know CMY becomes black if you have black color in your design. Just wondering if that's possible?
If you want to print with just white you could do it in one pass. I was also able to do some basic Red White and Blue images in a single pass but it still did mix a little bit of the white in with each color making them look like pink and a light blue at first. After some tweaking I was able to get it to use less of the white but I did go through about 5 or 6 sheets before getting it right.
How do you prevent the a sheet from getting scratches when printing

Yes..it fades and cracks when the print is big.. And there is always an offset that doesnt fits well.
I almost ordered one this week. You scared me. For a small business few thousand dollar investment in a product that doesnt work is scary thing. I wanted this machine for larger 11 17. So your large print cracked from the 1st wash? so when you print the 2nd time in white the second print doesnt line up?

Worked perfectly for me. I had no problem with the wash. Make sure you are using genuine Forever Laser Dark No Cut A and B paper. You will get this problem if you are using a counterfeit product.
If you wanna do just white words do you take all the other cartridges out and just have the white one in?
You would just replace the black cartridge with a white cartridge and then leave the CMY toners in. Most of these 4 color laser printers will not run without all four cartridges inside of it. But if you only what to print with white , then you can just leave the CMY cartridges in even when empty and never replace them.

That was just a shitty design. For a fraction of the price, they can do just as good. The iColor anyways.
Plz plz....you use printer hp with normal toner hp CMYK + ghost white toner or use all toner as ghost .plz say about you not me.say about your printer toner..

does this work with normal color toners that came with hp M452nw and a single white ghost toner? Or do I need to buy all Ghost toners? (too expensive...)
You can use the regular toners that came with your printer and just swap out the white Ghost toner when needed - it will work.

is there an alternative white toner cart for this besides the ghost? thats a pretty expensive cartridge to re-fill over and and over
Justin NomineeTV I just got mines I paid 320$ but you get like over 2000 pages to print so it’s worth it honestly. 2000 pages is alot at least when I pay 60$ for regular ink I get no where near that and I’m not using the white on every print just for colored shirts so far so good and I got the printer half off on amazon they considered it used but it was brand new in the box.

I understand that you need white toner to print white but are the other toner colours standard hp toner cartridges or are those special toner as well.
Yes the other 4 cartridges are HP standard colors.

There are not any 3rd party cartridge manufacturers making cartridges for the M454DW printer with chips at this time.
Can this be used on HP M454DW (ghost white toner)
The current cartridges we sell are shown here: www.uscutter.com/Ghost-Toner-Cartridges It would be impossible to carry cartridges for every printer out there so only select printers are available.
