Enchiladas Michoacanas (English Recipe)

Hi Friends! Today I'll show you how I make these Michoacan-style enchiladas 😋 I'm missing the pickled chilies but I hope you enjoy!
Ingredients:
Chicken (Fecks and thigh)
3 garlic cloves
1 Onion
3 Carrots
3 Potatoes
15 Guajillo Peppers
1 Tablespoon of oregano
1 cup of chicken broth
Cotija cheese
Salt
Cabbage
Tomatoes
Avocado
For the spicy tomato sauce:
Bring to a boil
4 tomatoes
5 serrano peppers
1/2 clove of garlic
Small piece of onion
Blend with salt to taste
