This latte is made with just butter, hot water, and an egg. It's perfect for anyone who wants to avoid coffee but looking for a warm and soothing drink. I add monk fruit & vanilla to this exact recipe & my 6 & 4 year old grandsons beg me for it every morning!! Sometimes I replace the water with whole milk for them OR add a dash of heavy cream to the warm water… they love all the versions!
