Pretty impressive feature, learnt a lot. Plus, the big figgin bottle test is only for front seat cup holders
I just purchased this car, I’m so happy! I pick it up Wednesday!
I just got back from my maiden voyage (2,000 miles) with a used (from my son who bought a Model Y)) 2019 Model 3. At highway speeds, which in Utah and Idaho is 80 mph, there is wind noise but I can easily live with it. The route from Northern NM to Boise was about the same as I have taken in a combustion engine vehicle. I needed pit stops before the vehicle did. The stop times were 20-30 minutes unless I decided to extend the charge to 90 % or more. I generally started the day with a close to 100% charge and during the day charged it enough to get a little beyond the next stop and charge. BTW - I have had friends drive this car and they had the same reaction as the guy in the video when they accelerated quickly - a big uncontrollable laugh. This car can move. My only complaint is that the charging stations which tend to be at hotels do not have garbage cans. :>)
i feel the same here in Constanta , Romania , they are great cars , but here we have less than 10 total chargers all in 2 or 3 locations and none of them are tesla ones , so i'll have to pass ...unless i have a generator on board like the i3 has (optional) , at least here , the best car for longer drives is a diesel hatchback/sedan
What about the under trunk? You didn't show it. It's under the back trunk. It's very useful.
For electric cars most charging is done at home. Everyday you leave with a full charge if you have level 2 charging.
You average person could even get by with only level 1 charging at home.
Not a fan of the front end but I can definitely appreciate these cars. I really definitely appreciate the instantaneous torque as well
My problem with Tesla is they all generally look the same

It's unfortunate that when you tapped/touched the buttons to open the fronk (not used to that name yet) that you didn't have your camera on it. So we're just having to assume that it did what it was supposed to do.
Also, while you were freely touching all the various programs on the screen, again you were going fairly fast and your camera was positioned just too far away for me/us to see that much.
But thanks for the review anyways.
You should add to your reviews when you're doing another Tesla is where the most important part of any EV is. Where is the door to open the charging port, and how does it open? That could/should be #1.

just dont buy them when the warranty is gone. cost a fortune for replacement parts and labor
Not true. Why? Because even car can cost $$$$$$$$ but the tesla cost only $$ just because there is no transmission or engine or any thing except the battery. Now you may say the battery can cost a lot of money for replace it but what you can do you can always go to Tesla 2 months before the warranty expires and test your battery health if anything wrong with it then they will replace it for free but if there's nothing wrong with it you get to go for another 10 years. Tesla is the car for the future and nothing else.

It’s like a phone u gotta find a cheap fixer or get a new one trade in and finance another used low miles rinse and repeat or simply save $ for a new battery and hopefully u get a better deal
