Ramsay's comments: 🔴 Scott: Scott remembers working with some of the biggest named chefs in the world. But whether they would remember him is another matter entirely. I know i won't remember him by tomorrow. 🔵 Jen: Jen accused me of sabotaging her. The truth of the matter is the only thing that sabotaged Jen tonight was her cooking. 🔴 Kevin: Kevin was a standout in his first time in Hell's Kitchen. Unfortunately, this time around, he seemed more determited to head to back to the ski slopes than to the Las Vegas Strip. 🔴 None for Chris 🔵 T: As a former runner-up, i expected T to come back full of swagger and skill. Sadly, she came back with double the swagger, but only a fraction of the skill. 🔵 Gizzy: I had such high hopes for Gizzy from day one, but if she truly can't believe un herself, then i can't believe in her either. 🔵 Roe: Last time she was here, Roe was a tour force on the meat station. But tonight her performance left me as could as a raw New York Strip. 🔴 Scotley: I really hoped that Scotley would be the big bad wolf at My restaurant in Las Vegas. But after his performance tonight, i could not let him in, not by the hair on my chinny chin chin. 🔴 Jose: On a night when it should have been Hell's Kitchen giving back to some amazing charities, it was charities that ened up giving back Jose's raw veal. 🔴 Trev: Trevor is one of the most passionate chefs i've ever had in Hell's Kitchen. But until he has the support of his brigade, he'll continue to be lost at sea. 🔵 None for Kanae ⚫ Heather: Too many times, Heather blamed her mistakes on having a bad day. I'm not looking for apologies, i'm looking for a executive chef. ⚫ None for Motto and Bret ⚫ None for Mia ⚫ Ariel: Since first time she was here, Ariel has grown tenfold as a chef. She is fiercely talented, extremely determited, and a commanding leader. I could not be more pleased to have her as my executive chef of Hell's Kitchen in Las Vegas.
Gordon is such a figure to look up to; he is passionate, caring, but also a very good listener when he needs to. The way how he comforted Chris is honestly heart warming, I hope he is doing better nowadays... it sucks to have to leave your dreams behind because of circumstances beyond your control :/
Trev losing was decided from the very moment that his team disliked him. You can't win in Hell's Kitchen without the back of your team, ironic as it sounds. It's a competition and people work against each other, but at the end of the day Gordon is looking for a team player that can work with other chefs, not a lone wolf.
Doubtful, some of the HK winners were notorious for, well, not being team players in the slightest, the first winner was a great example, multiple times screwing his team
@@looinrimsno, that was just the very end, Michael was a good team player. However, he saw the opportunity to test Ralph's ability to do quality control and went for it, which was very smart. Doesn't mean he wasn't a team player

Chris I feel bad for, the accident hurt him badly, both physically and mentally, and the competition was just putting way too much mental strain on his already damaged mental state. I really hope that he got better in the end.
After Hell's Kitchen, Gizzy returned to her previuos role as Sous Chef at Ecco before starting her own meal plan business. She has does cookery events and demonstrations online.
The more dramatic the people the more likely they are to be chosen for the show, reality TV with no drama? Especially with Ramsey, awesome show, anything he does is solid gold
"Yall really trying to clown me" I mean...they didn't really need to try. Your fashion line promo the previous episode did far more damage than your teammates could ever achieve.
Its sad to see motto nominating himself, he had potential, he could've easily won HK but he knew what was more important to him and that he cooks for love over anything else, he knew what his passion was, he sacrificed his own chance to win to help elevating his own towns colonary schools, thats passion, like the saying goes "a sacrifice for the greater good",

After Hell's Kitchen, Bret was arrested in November 2018 for trafficking of synthetic products, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug equipment. He featured in an article on lifestyle magazine Palm Beach Cannabis and as a Cannabis advocate this is hardly surprising he would have these items. Bret is a private chef.
After Hell's Kitchen, Jen returned to her company Edible Passport where she offers cookery classes, catering and private chef services. She has expressed her regret for returning to the show as she agreed to it after she lost a lot of money when a food truck investment fell through

Ariel saying she would hire Mia in a heartbeat shows that she deserves the title of executive chef. She cares about her team and she command's respect at the same time with her talent.
I was glad to see Jen eliminated. TBH I also never liked Mia. I was glad to see she lost. I do feel sorry for Trevor though. Scotley was a bully. He just bullied Trevor and I hated seeing that. I was glad to see Scotley eliminated. As well as Jose. I didn't like him either.
The Clown herself Jen, tried to ruin Gordon's Reputation and kept making up excuses. Gordon kicking her out was Great. 4:38 The look on that Guy's Face. 😂
I love Christina Wilson and Gordon Ramsay at this they actually understand how Chris was feeling. I literally went off on Tik-Tok because people were saying oh this was all for drama. As someone with mental problems you got to do what you do to keep yourself physically and mentally safe. I think Chris did the right thing for his own Mental Health. If no one don't want to believe me well just screw you. Yes, I get it this is a once in the opportunity but what is more important this once in a time of opportunity with Gordon Ramsay or your mental health getting worse and worse that you can't even take care of yourself that you feel safe anymore. I think it was the right call for Chris to leave the competition for his own Mental Health. Listen to Chris words before he leaves hell's kitchen. I think he did the right thing. If you don't like it you are more than welcome to leave🚪.
Just based off of that elimination it's crazy Roe went home instead of Mia. It's crazy to think a finalist could get up in front of Ramsey, behave like that, and survive.
I get it but Roe went because she failed on a station that she was very very good at that in the form of the meat station. In HK13 she was the queen of the meat station and here on Gordon's daughter Tilly's Bday service she was a shambles that's why she went
Wow Motto most passionate and honest chef I have ever seen on this show If he wouldn't of eliminated himself that night I would bet money he would of been in the finals and possibly even won
After Hell's Kitchen, Kevin returned to his previous role as the Executive Chef at Fire at the Ridge at Powder Ridge Ski Resort. In March 2019 he became Corporate Executive Chef at American Cruise Lines
I might be the only one who likes trev, since I can relate to him the most. Guy didn’t go culinary and went far in his season given that he had about as much experience as an apprentice. The guy has stepped up his confidence and his game compared to last time, not enough, but an improvement. He can lead a brigade and is rather well when u simply decide to adhere to him
As much as I wanted Kevin to be a front runner, I really respect how he embraced his elimination. He admitted he did not have the same desire as before, Chef Ramsay acknowledged the huge amount of success he has despite being a runner-up, and Kevin and Chef Ramsay thanked each other.
I personally think T should’ve went further If only she was sent to the red team and everything would’ve been better for her. She’s a personal favourite of mine
@@ThePeridoxT's last service was atrocious. Not only did she stop communicating, but she started sending raw meat and defended her terrible choice on the chopping block. Like Gordon said, she's a great chef. But S14 T would have NEVER had a service that bad.

Its why Motto, as great as he was, will not be a part of my favorites from that season
The guys were like: *I hate everything about you*
The way they were so ready to see Kenae walk through that door but heather jumps out on some "YOU THOUGHT YOU COULD GET RID OF ME !!"😭☠ So silly 27:57
16:25 Chef Ramseys reaction while Trevor and scotley are arguing is hilarious 😂😂😂
I still missing the moment where Trev went to arguing with Raj
Bret in the middle while they are arguing and not having any reaction is very funny to me 😂
Ramsay's comments:
🔴 Scott: Scott remembers working with some of the biggest named chefs in the world.
🔴 None for Chris
🔵 T: As a former runner-up, i expected T to come back full of swagger and skill.
🔵 None for Kanae
⚫ Heather: Too many times, Heather blamed her mistakes on having a bad day. I'm not looking for apologies, i'm looking for a executive chef.
⚫ None for Motto and Bret
⚫ None for Mia
⚫ Ariel: Since first time she was here, Ariel has grown tenfold as a chef. She is fiercely talented, extremely determited, and a commanding leader. I could not be more pleased to have her as my executive chef of Hell's Kitchen in Las Vegas.
I love how you included the jacket colours, it looks so pleasing /gen
@@hopusthebrainlessfloof thanks
So Trev was in the wrong because he lost a challenge that cost his team and that justified them to hate him the entire season?
@@looinrimsno, that was just the very end, Michael was a good team player. However, he saw the opportunity to test Ralph's ability to do quality control and went for it, which was very smart. Doesn't mean he wasn't a team player
It sucks that Trev was so disliked though he didn't deserve all the bullying from his teammates. I hope he's doing good wherever he's at today
@@vdd1001 it wasn’t just Ralph, he also screwed the woman as well, at a minimum, and I vaguely remember something against Elsie

Chris I feel bad for, the accident hurt him badly, both physically and mentally, and the competition was just putting way too much mental strain on his already damaged mental state. I really hope that he got better in the end.
Also Heather was the Runner Up of season 16
most surprising is Kevin. but the dude runs many restaurants. he made it. at the top everything seems boring

I love how old school genuine Gordon is. He even helped homie get mental health help, but was still tough love. Much respect chef!
The more dramatic the people the more likely they are to be chosen for the show, reality TV with no drama? Especially with Ramsey, awesome show, anything he does is solid gold
Scotleys fault
Gordon didn't clown Jen. Jen clowned herself. That, was her choice to clown.
She knows who they are

Motto has to go down as one of the all time heroes. He was amazing on the show and showed honesty and sincerity not seen since the late Petrozza.

Not the “where’s that little homie?” 😂😂😂 everyone had awkward smiles
Its sad to see motto nominating himself, he had potential, he could've easily won HK but he knew what was more important to him and that he cooks for love over anything else, he knew what his passion was, he sacrificed his own chance to win to help elevating his own towns colonary schools, thats passion, like the saying goes "a sacrifice for the greater good",
That poor guy that suffered from his mental capacity like I know some people might say oh what a wimp but what an impressive thing to pull yourself out when you know that it’s time to pull yourself out
I'll say it again that Motto wasn't calling Baton Rouge. Baton Rogue was calling Motto.
I really hope Chris got the treatment he needed. He seems like a real down to earth genuine person. Rooting for him and i hope he comes back for another season
it’s sweet they all wanted it to be Kanae and not Heather. Heather knew they didn’t want her there.
Till these days, I still have no idea what the hell Jen was thinking that Gordon trying to clown her.
The people that disliked the video are trying to clown the people running this channel. They aren’t gonna keep disrespecting them. Have a good one.
Christina was so sweet and I’m not making fun of the situation but when Jose opened the door and she just goes “you, stay tf out of here” was great 😂😂
After Hell's Kitchen, Bret was arrested in November 2018 for trafficking of synthetic products, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug equipment.
He featured in an article on lifestyle magazine Palm Beach Cannabis and as a Cannabis advocate this is hardly surprising he would have these items. Bret is a private chef.

Kanaes positivity is inspiring
Ariel saying she would hire Mia in a heartbeat shows that she deserves the title of executive chef. She cares about her team and she command's respect at the same time with her talent.

After Hell's Kitchen, Mia is a private chef and a food photographer.
I think Chef Ramsey was truly shocked when Motto nominated himself in the final four.
Wow Motto most passionate and honest chef I have ever seen on this show
If he wouldn't of eliminated himself that night I would bet money he would of been in the finals and possibly even won
If Gordon gives you/your team a punishment, you follow through with it. NOT sit to the side and making a snack while your team does all the work.

I might be the only one who likes trev, since I can relate to him the most. Guy didn’t go culinary and went far in his season given that he had about as much experience as an apprentice. The guy has stepped up his confidence and his game compared to last time, not enough, but an improvement. He can lead a brigade and is rather well when u simply decide to adhere to him
"YOU TRYNA CLOWN ME CHEF!"
Her attitude was horrible
As much as I wanted Kevin to be a front runner, I really respect how he embraced his elimination. He admitted he did not have the same desire as before, Chef Ramsay acknowledged the huge amount of success he has despite being a runner-up, and Kevin and Chef Ramsay thanked each other.

I don’t know about everybody else, but I personally very much admire a professional etiquette like even though you have to take a loss sometimes give each other a hug. Give each other a handshake.
