Cody nominating himself to get Marc out of the competition will always be one of the best big brain moments in Hells Kitchen/reality TV imo

    • @anonymousperson3023
      @anonymousperson3023 ปีที่แล้ว +4

How? Explain how. It's not a unique strategy. It's been tried before and failed because ultimately, Ramsay has the final say. Marc was going regardless that night. And while it may be kinda big brain, it was also seen as a scummy move but no one talks about it now because Marc was seen as the antagonist? Okay, sure. So, Cody used a nonfoolproof and historically scummy move to try and eliminate a competitor and all he gets is praise for that?

Kenneth: No comment on Kenneth's elimination.
Eliott: Eliminating a chef this early is usually quite hard. But tonight, I didn't have to eliminate a chef, I had to eliminate Eliott.
Fabiola: To be my head chef, you need to have passion, leadership, and great skills. Fabiola had passion and not much else.
Drew: No comment on Drew's exit.
Brittani: Brittani floundered on the fish station and sank her team, which left me with one option: cut bait.
Peter: No comment in Peter's ejection.
Josh: Tonight, when Josh blows out the candles on his birthday cake, he should wish for one thing: a stronger voice.
Syann: Sy's winning personality and determination were enough to take her far. But her lack of experience made me say sayonara.
Lauren: If you can't fit in with the pack, you better be the top dog. But Lauren was bringing up the rear.
Adam: Adam started off the competition strong. But unlike his beard, Adam stopped growing.
Marc: Marc is a big talker and a decent cook. But I'm looking for someone who can lead a brigade. Marc couldn't even win over his own team.
Jordan: Jordan soldiered through many battles here in Hell's Kitchen. But tonight, she lost the war.
Nikki: No comment on Nikki's elimination.
Amber: Amber came here expecting to beat the competition, but her biggest obstacle ended up being herself.
Cody: Throughout this competition, Cody was never shy about his abilities. But when it came to running the pass, he was just a bit shy, so unfortunately, it was time to say goodbye.
Declan: No comment on Declan's elimination.
Kori winning over Mary Lou: Kori is everything I could want in a head chef. She is decisive, level-headed, and most importantly, passionate. From the moment she stepped into Hell's Kitchen, she was an instinctual and natural-born leader. She'll be a great asset to Hell's Kitchen in Lake Tahoe.

I honestly feel like this season had the strongest group of chefs of any of them. There were some weak chefs, sure, but in my opinion WAY less than any other season thus far. I'd say a good 2/3, maybe even 3/4, of them were well deserving of their place in the competition, which can't be said for a lot of seasons. Gordon complimented the leaving chefs a lot more than in any other season, too, which I don't think is a coincidence. This was just a really strong run over all, and so many chefs in here deserve success, even if not the win 🙌

Gordon’s Elimination quotes and quote on why the winner won:
    Kenneth: No elimination quote.🥺
But if he had one, it would be this: “There’s so many things about Pennsylvania that I love. It’s a shame Kenneth isn’t on of them.”
Elliott: "Eliminating a chef this early is usually quite hard. But tonight I didn't have to eliminate a chef, I had to eliminate Eliott.” ☹️
Fabiola: "To be my head chef, you need to have passion, leadership, and great skills. Fabiola had passion and not much else.” 😞
    Drew: No elimination quote 🏥🩺
It would be this if he had one: “It’s a shame Drew’s illness took him out of the competition. We’ll never know if he had the chance to win Hell’s Kitchen.”
Brittani: "Brittani floundered on the fish station and sank her team, which left me with one option: Cut bait.” 🎣🍤😬
    Peter: No elimination quote.
If he had one: “Peter said that he wasn’t ready to be my next head chef, so I did him a favor and got him ready for the next cab home.” 😖
Josh: “Tonight, when Josh blows out the candles on his birthday cake, he should wish for one thing: A stronger voice.” 🎂🗣🫢
Syann: "Sy's winning personality and determination were enough to take her far. But her lack of experience made me say: Sayonara.” 👋🏾😥
    (Sayonara means goodbye in Japanese)
Lauren: "If you can't fit in with the pack, you better be the top dog. But Lauren was bringing up the rear.” 😐
Adam: “Adam started off the competition strong. But unlike his beard, Adam stopped growing.” 🧔🏼‍♂️🛑📈
Marc: "Marc is a big talker and a decent cook. But I'm looking for someone who can lead a brigade. Marc couldn't even win over his own team.” 😣😒
Jordan: "Jordan soldiered through many battles here in Hell's Kitchen. But tonight, she lost the war.” 🤺🤺😮‍💨
    Nikki: No elimination quote. 😊
Amber: “Amber came here expecting to beat the competition. But her biggest obstacle ended up….being herself.” 😒
Cody: "Throughout this competition, Cody was never shy about his abilities. But when it came to running the pass, he was just a bit shy. So, unfortunately, it was time to say goodbye.” ☺️
    Declan: No elimination quote 😄🥉
Mary Lou: No elimination quote. Was the runner-up 😄🥈
Kori: "Kori is everything I could want in a head chef. She is decisive, level-headed, and most importantly, passionate. From the moment she stepped into Hell's Kitchen, she was an instinctual and natural-born leader. She'll be a great asset to Hell's Kitchen in Lake Tahoe.” 😁🥳🥇
