She then continued to complete an entire service with her foot in a cast because she didn’t want to let her team down and put herself through plenty of pain for that, to the point she needed a wheelchair to come to elimination. Which is a damn shame because she was good, far superior to Andrea and Ben who got black jackets

Also it's the producers that choose the winner, not Ramsay. The build up drama to make it seem like a hell of a lot bigger deal than it is, when it's in all actually mostly just fun and games. From what I've read, he came back down to earth pretty quickly when reality hit and he realized he wasn't gonna be redecorating a luxury restaurant by putting rubber fish on the walls or write any new menus 😅. I don't have half of these guys' ego and I'd still be pretty pissed.
@@Gonken88 yeah many winners had the same experience especially when they found out it's not a sallary of a quarter of a million dollars, but a one-time prize. I'd still kill to have that kind of experience and opportunity tho. Having a world renowned chef be your mentor (even for a show) still seems rewarding... though a handful of these people like raj were just chosen despite their incompetence and kept far too long for the drama which is the annoying part of the show, especially since some of them deserved to stay more than these airheads. Nevertheless, considering that anything after the show, whether they win or lose, it does open up new doors that further their career as respectable chefs quicker than the average person could ever hope to do.
Danny and Paula were studs, you knew they were going to be in the finals by the 5th or 6th episode. Chef knew too which is why he cut off Paula before she was even done giving her plea because she had no business being up for elimination.
Danny and Paula along with Dave and Kevin and then Meghan and T are the only top 2 that I root for and it doesn't matter which one who won that season.
A part of me always feels bad for L.A when she says she won't show emotions because they're weak and she'll never be weak. Makes me wonder about who hurt her in the past and how many walls she had to put up to protect herself

Also it's the producers that choose the winner, not Ramsay. The build up drama to make it seem like a hell of a lot bigger deal than it is, when it's in all actually mostly just fun and games. From what I've read, he came back down to earth pretty quickly when reality hit and he realized he wasn't gonna be redecorating a luxury restaurant by putting rubber fish on the walls or write any new menus 😅. I don't have half of these guys' ego and I'd still be pretty pissed.
@@Gonken88 yeah many winners had the same experience especially when they found out it's not a sallary of a quarter of a million dollars, but a one-time prize. I'd still kill to have that kind of experience and opportunity tho. Having a world renowned chef be your mentor (even for a show) still seems rewarding... though a handful of these people like raj were just chosen despite their incompetence and kept far too long for the drama which is the annoying part of the show, especially since some of them deserved to stay more than these airheads. Nevertheless, considering that anything after the show, whether they win or lose, it does open up new doors that further their career as respectable chefs quicker than the average person could ever hope to do.

Giovanni: A little harsh to be eliminated on his first genuinely bad performance since the third episode, but talking back to Ramsay the way he did really did him no favors.
Robert: Terrible way to exit the competition, especially so close to the end.
Ben: There were valid reasons for him and Andrea to exit the competition. Would have been okay with either of them going.
Andrea: Got a bit better towards the end, but clearly wasn't in the same league as Paula or Danny.

@@Duval-In-The-Wall every eliminations that chef ramsey did were right la was the worst performer of that night and wil was much worse that seth because every cook in the kitchen had to take over the garnish station of wil and giovanni wasnt only the worst performer of the night but he was very rude to chef ramsey
