Just about to fit your PSB bushes to used R56 arms i got for my R53 along with a load of other bushes :)
This is an R56 rear trailing arm only fitted to GP R53s being light weight alloy. They can be retro fitted to R53s but need to run R56 rear dampers or purchase the conical washers to fit the R53 dampers. Good video thanks.
