The older I get the more I love this band. And Nancy is incredible.
These two girls are blessed with talent and with the ability to sing so well together! I love how even though the song is in a different key from the original, Nancy just nails it and Ann is such a great compliment with her harmonies! Way to go and an amazing performance!

ann wilson's always known for her powerhouse vocals, but nancy wilson's tone, while lighter, still is beautiful and emotive. i caught ann wilson on tour about two years ago, and her voice still has a great power. she did a stripped down, acoustic version of 'alone', and i was stunned.
There was no auto tune when I grew up… Heart is an epic reflection of my generation.
i'm 60 now and still love Heart since the 80's. Wow...incredible singing.

Nancy's voice is just as good as her sister.
They've been my favorite band since the seventies. I've seen them about six times the last one in 2019 and I think they're going back out on tour next year. They still put on a great show.

Nancy sang lead on Stranded it was a hit for them....And that's how excellent they sound live.

Nancy Wilson is a rock goddess and one of the best woman guitarists ever. Her husband is Cameron Crowe, the director. She even did music for one of his films. BTW she did the lead on the album. And she is still a babe. Check out the video for Never.

Nancy has a better 'yodle' or 'keening' in her voice imo than Ann even though Ann has such an amazing range - both of them are sublime. I love all their songs. These Dreams is awesome and this version, especially. There's The Girl is also a great Nancy song. Thanks, Dereck x
it's nice to see your face ,when you listen to music...especially music from the 80s,cause i was grown up during that decade and there so so much good stuff there...when i see you getting into it,smiling and feeling it you ,you remind me of myself and how i was mezmerized by the many wonderful,surprising and unexpected songs i was able to hear ...and yes, this one is an enchanting one representing that era...These Dreams

She sings on a lot of great songs. Check out: The Situation (see Heart Concert for the Americas 30:29, her version (Night at Sky Church) of Back to Avalon, Stranded, Raised on You, There's the Girl, Treat Me Well, Hey You, Nada One, ... Walking Good, Strangers of the Heart, I could go on. I favor Nancy's songs that she wrote. Ann is one of the best singers, period, but Nancy is excellent singing and one of the best guitarists, period.
I've seen Heart live so many times and can say they sound even better Live... check them out doing Battle Of Evermore live... they Kill all Zepplin songs they sing

Hi. I love the band and the sisters. They still rock and still beautiful. I love Nancy's voice. I think she is the Guitar Queen and Ann is the Queen of Rock n Roll.I love their relationship then and now. Especially since they got back together. Nancy is underrated as a singer because of Ann but they harmonize well together. One is Two and there is at least 3 more songs. You should react to Dog and Butterfly to listen to Nancy sings under Ann. I have that dvd it's amazing. Their book is good also. Ann tried but it worked better for Nancy's voice. Here's more Nancy these are videos #1 Will you be there #2 Stranded #3 There's the girl. Without video #1 Love Mistake #2 One Word and 3 is Treat me Well.

Great reaction/review, man! I've been waiting for this for a while and you delivered in earnest! Hopefully you'll load up on Heart like you have with Madonna and ABBA especially. If you run through most, if not all of this concert I'll be on board for each upload. Don't shy away from other live stuff or studio releases either. There are hidden gems everywhere with these sisters. Looking forward to a run of Heart on your channel!

In this same concert you need to listen to minstrel wind. Awesome and different.
She has beautiful, natural melisma in her voice [As she was using it throughout the song not just in the high note at the end] that you would very easily overlook and not notice. What a skilled singer . In some ways I kind of prefer her to Ann , but there’s no denying ann’s powerhouse vocals!

If you want more of Nancy singing lead listen to their cover of Elton John’s Mona Lisa and Mad Hatters at the same concert in Seattle. It’s amazing.

I could be completely wrong but it almost appears to me as if Ann is keeping tempo for Nancy, like a conductor with a baton, along with the beautiful harmonization.

Seattle is truly a magical place
This is the version I listen to when I play this song. I hate mid/late 80's production on songs from that time (not just Heart, but everyone). They would go way overboard on the layers and texture with too many keyboards and overdubbing, that the song itself would often get lost.
Nancy is (?) married to Cameron Crowe the filmmaker and contributed to his soundtracks.
They are divorced now, and Nancy has remarried.

I miss artists that sound better live than recorded. Pat Benatar would be another one for you USA styles.
Pat Benetar is amazing. She really uses all her opera training to reach from the lowest to the highest notes. I saw her live in concert in the 80's. Pat and her husband Neil were mentors on American Idol a couple of years ago. They are such a good team. It was nice to see them give the singers some great feedback, and to hear them perform live again.
