The stutter fixes helps with DX11 too, its just some additional options are for DX12 and Vulkan specifically so they're better APIs to use when available. I was playing with voice meeter (virtual sound table) and since the game didn't have sound input/output options, I was having a conflict. After deactivating the Voice Meeter I can talk in the chat normally
Try to go to your sound devices in windows, disable everything you dont use excess your headset and micrphone, worked here when i desinstall voice meeter
i wouldnt recommend messing with the files to anyone this has created a bunch of problems for clicking on menus and the overlays not lining up, some keybinds are not registering during gameplay, and screens like character selection are bugging out. worst of reinstalling doesnt even fix this problem now.
It feels like the unreal engine stutter code and dx12 launch code doesn’t do much. The game no matter what stutters for me when someone is getting hit or executed by a family member and upscaling doesn’t change anything whatsoever. I think we are just gonna have to wait for them to optimize the game more unfortunately :/
That's a bug, developers are aware and working on it. A temporary workaround is to set "Effects" in video options to "HIGH" (or below, just not "ULTRA").

If your getting under 60fps on a action check your PC because I have a 3070 (way worse then a 3060ti) and I'm running on ultra settings and playing over 130fps.

The best and only fix that really worked wonders for me was capping the fps to 120 using Nvidia Control Panel -> Manage 3D settings -> Adding the game -> Framerate Limit : 120 You're welcome!

1) Mouse on your desktop -> Right Click -> Display Settings -> Change display resolution to this what you'll be using in game, press Enter, then go to Intel Graphics Command Centre -> Display -> Scale - And now you should be able to to stretch your screen, go to game, apply settings, and then go to "1)" and set your display resolution back to normal. it should make your game start stretched but while doing usual staff, you will be using good resolution. Hope it will help
I updated the stutter fix config file today, try it again :) see if it helps. Remember to make sure your texture setting is set to the right setting so you dont exceed your VRAM limit
it seems like there's issues on certain cards with stuttering and FPS drops. i'm rocking a 3080 ti, runs at 100+ FPS but it'll randomly start stuttering on ultra 1440p (didn't have that issue at all with the technical test, maxed out settings ran really smooth.) my friend has a 2070 super and it runs completely fine maxed out so i'm not sure what's going on.

you might wanna limit your FPS to your refresh rate. in the menus there's no FPS cap so it'll just max out your system. i'd say to use rivatuner statistics server to limit your FPS but it'll crash the game due to an anti-cheat false flag. 😑 you can toggle vsync but i really wouldn't recommend it so try using another program. if all of that fails you might wanna apply a new layer of thermal paste or just get another cooler altogether.

When i turn on FSR and put it on native image quality it just goes back to disabled fsr for some reason? Is it cuz native is just the normal image without fsr so i have to put it on HIgh for FSR to stay on?

works great, but as others have encountered the same issue of the fps dropping to about 5/6 sometimes makes it unplayable with them

I wish there was an option to disable motion blur. Playing for long periods makes me nauseous
I guess if you set post processing to "low", it will also disable motion blur. Give that a shot!

post processing causes motion blur, setting it to low fixes it
If you wanna remove motion blur and have a gtx/rtx gpu then you can remove it in the gpu settings on nvidia control panel.

@@hipagriff not receiving exp after disconnecting is also a bug and the devs are looking into it
i found a way to consistently get exp is to press spacebar to quit, not through the Escape button.@@oogabooga9685

Honestly runs very well on a 3060ti. 1440p ultra. I do turn on the fsr but I only ever dip under 60 when I destroy stuff as Bubba

My fps is fine overall, but my pc gets really hot. Cpu around 85 celsius en gpu 70 celsius. Anything that will help fix this? I have a watercooler
