Earvin N'Gapeth (born 12 February 1991) is a French volleyball player, member of the France national volleyball team and Italian club Pallavolo Modena, 2015 European Champion, gold medallist of the World League (2015 and 2017), French Champion (2010), Italian Champion (2016) and Olympic Champion (2020).

Yuji Nishida (西田 有志, Nishida Yūji, born 30 January 2000) is a Japanese male volleyball player. Currently, he plays for Volley Callipo in Italian Volleyball League.
Nishida made his debut with JTEKT Stings at V.League on 6 January 2018 in a match against Osaka Blazers Sakai. His impressive debut at the young age of 17 soon earned him a position in JTEKT's Starting 6, as well as Japan men's national volleyball team. Nishida was also led the team finishing 7th place after 29 years, in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
He is one of the youngest players in the 2018 roster of the Japan men's national volleyball team and FIVB cup Final. He made his first international performance with the Japanese national team in 2018 FIVB Volleyball Men's Nations League. In June 2018, he played a pivotal role in securing Japan's first win in 11 years against Italy where he collected 24 points from 21 spikes and 3 aces. In September 2018, in a match against Argentina in 2018 FIVB Volleyball Men's World Championship, Nishida became the youngest player ever to score 30 points in a match.In June 2019, Nishida broke serving records in the VNL history after hitting 7 aces in a single game during a match against Bulgaria

@@luisgondim8283 Russia is a very different style of volleyball. It is slower, and a lot more focused on height and power, not to even to mention their blocking. It's the exact opposite of the type of player Nishida is, there is no way that a Russian team would even consider Nishida. They would rather pick a libero.
@@synlerak4302 i agree, the Russian national team itself has some of the best blocking in the world, and all of that comes from how massive all there players are. I doubt nishida will have a place there, but who knows 🤷
Ngapeth got his Olympic MVP title but his serving was the only thing missing. Now that he has it back he's gonna be a major problem for other teams as usual. That and his connection with Bruno then add Nimir on top of it (currently probably the best hitter in the world). They really have a dream team. Now they just have to realize their potential.

Not a fan of NGapteth but you gotta give it to him. He's got the game IQ. Yuji is more of brute strength. From this game, I learnt that he's becoming better and more clever and more of it will come but NGapteth is on a different level. I always prefered Yuki Ishikawa more than Nishida because of his versatility and IQ and the the same remains with this comparison. Nishida is still young but NGapeth was already a monster at Nishida's age.
Nishida is already a Monster, he need experience. Let's see how's going to play in 3 or 4 year
But they're in different positions, i'ts not fair to compare them.
Nishida point of view is not competing with other volleyball stars what he wants is to promote volleyball sports to the world and make his own name not to compare to others🤗

Nishida carried his team once again to keep it close but Modena has a better supporting team in addition to their superstars Ngapeth and Leal
Nishida scored the most points yes, but he had an awful efficiency. Outside Hitters Douglas and Borges got 58 and 67% hitting efficiency respectively while Nishida had 38%, on top of being blocked 7 times.
And Nimir, for me NImir is the most complete player I've ever seen.
