I have not cooked my pig feet with so many seasonings before but this recipe is the bomb and very good, thanks
You definitely can stick to just a couple seasonings and then try adding one new one each time you make it, just to make sure you like it.
This recipe helped me cook pig tails, so thanks for posting this delicious recipe.
Trying this tomorrow. Hope I don't mess it up 😅
I’m sure it will be yummy! Don’t be afraid to cook it a little longer if you feel it need to be a little more tender for your liking!
You cook very professional and clean looks absolutely 💯 delicious 😋❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you so much! My ocd definitely kicks in in my kitchen, lol
I’m going to cook some this weekend, thanks for posting 👍🏾
Thanks! How did they turn out for you?
Thank you
You are very welcomed!
This is what I will be cooking for my Mom!! Thank you!
Can you add the pig feet and collard greens together to cook t the same time?
Thanks! The collards would only take about 20 minutes in the pressure cooker where the pig feet would take 2 or 3 times that amount of time (depending on how tender you want them). I would probably do a test recipe first, cooking it all together before I made it as a dish to serve someone else just see see how it turns out.
Excellent ! Thank you. We subscribed.
lawd have mercy !!!doing it right now ,child thank you ...I love me some Trotters, aka pig feet lol🤗😊
Awesome! Save me a plate please!
I'm cooking some today
Awesome! How did they come out?
Looks good
Thanks!!
I suave my pig feet & pig ears with a razer pre boil the pig feet & ears for 30 minutes to get the gunk off then rinse them THEN cook them in another pot with your seasonings
😊😊😊❤
I’ll watch and will let you know.
How long should I par boil for. 1 or 2 hours?
It really only needs to boil for a few minutes to start to see the gunk/impurities floating in the top of the pot. Depending on the temp you are cooking on and the amount of pig feet, it should only take 15 - 30 minutes to get the pot to a rolling boil. Then you can turn you stove off and move the pot to a different eye to let it cook down maybe 10 minutes or so before you drain and rinse the pig feet with cool water running in your sink. I do have another Pig Feet video that goes into more detail about cleaning/cooking pig feet here -> th-cam.com/video/bdex7LQX1rQ/w-d-xo.html
