I never comment here but just to let you know: I listen to you every day, sometimes several times a day, and your voice helps me get grounded and find the good and healthy places in me that I’m constantly trying to find by myself and in therapy and with ujjiya breath during yoga. I know I’m just one person telling you this. But please know that you help improve a person’s entire life every single day. I am very grateful. I love you. I hope you’re making this the best day of your life. ❤️

thank you from the bottom of my heart. Blessings!

    Thank you, thank you.
Booster Covid shot yesterday had me in a grip on top of the fact that I'm dealing with a with deep, profound experience of realising a week ago, that someone significant throughput my life, simply does not, likely never did, and perhaps cannot care for me the way I made up and assumed was true.
The gentle self compassionate inquiries in this meditation allowed me to see the feelings of loss, aloneness, shame, betraya,l and abandonment stuck in my chest around my heart like a padlocked lead box, put there as punishment because it must after all, be my fault!
Being able to "see" all this let me see how powerfully repressed the "real" person of me inside has been shut away thru fear of facing this precise truth of being unloved how I assumed. This meditation helped me hold and see the truth of my lead guarded chest in a way that revealed how powerfully held in place that fear protection has been.
It will take a many more practices of this to gently pries out, trust, and reset that inherited wound trauma. It's simply such good start to see and name my lifelong shame and fear punishment without denial, or worse, looking for a quick fix outside me in terms of only drugs, substances, or feeding the personal development "matrix".

I was able to feel safe enough with you to break through my walls of deep, deep sadness and pain, I gasped and I wept, and came out the other end, sad, but holding my pain, breathing my pain, but letting it be, it belongs, yes, for many more rounds of self-compassion rain practises.😢❤ I can feel both right now. It's me today. Thank you Tara, thank you.

Safely placed female mathematician: Lovingkindness, I have a friend named Amanda, we share an academic centre and schedule, we both have an eastern upbringing. My friend has a beautiful soul and kind, inviting face, even at the worst times she is surrounded by good thoughts and local circumstances. She is somehow not feeding into the wounds and negativity of the world, I think we're similar in that we smile and preserve a special spark within, scanning, there are no real feelings of unworthiness or insufficiency.. ( we are naturally finding ourselves at spots of good karma on tha manadala)
She has a high vibration mind, and is a friend of the forest. For these stated reasons I would like to hold Amanda closer to me than my schoolwork.
In fact, it is Amanda's principle in regards to proportion of work, girls succeed at higher rates and that is because of the implementation of feminine hydrating processes, or formulas to create a cuter eco green world, not just an imposing grey concrete box.
You should spend as much time alone as is normal for you, but you should always be mindful to spend at least 25 percent more time with Amanda than with school materials.
      c=x(420)\24
time chilling is equal to the quality grade of the lesson times 420 (the number of amanda's reality) divided by twenty four, because although literally, essentially we are talking about the amount of each thing in each hour of our day on average!
Whereas male students have sometimes mistaken school only as an informal chill time, it is the female brain and intelligence respected that reminds us of a practical daily ground; without healthy chilling the value and end intent of the lessons is highly compromised, as is the student's meditative and moral developments.
We are grateful for Goddess Amanda in my community for insights into the Pangaea Fractal, earth, and formulas for healthy hearts, not horizon blocking river poisoning construction, she is a visionary and as a friend and admirer I stand by her as that. Reality is paying her back with flowers of buddhist truth, happiness exists in this person's world, but stereotypes and poisons have yet to exist.. maybe they never will, the maths are sound.. maths the final expression of goddess
lovingkindness we are learning to practice intuition and self compassion in that, if we don't feel comfortable with people locally we are not going to chill with them, and we are going to be strict about keeping bad karma out of maryland because authorities have said recently they want to try listening to us more because of recent good results. pat ourselves on the back, we have a practical zen practice!

Loving kindness for buddhists in California, may they recieve the 'good STRONG sunshine' they re seeking, and may they be able to recieve it with wisdom and a good setting for real liberation. Loving kindness for the meditation that is the spirit of Hippy, it has nonstressed times to incarnate into.
The Diamond sutra says "Even 500 years after the Enlightenment of this Buddha there will be some who are virtuous and wise, and while practicing compassion and charity, will believe in the words and phrases of this Sutra and will awaken their minds purely. After they come to hear these teachings, they will be inspired with belief. This is because when some people hear these words, they will have understood intuitively that these words are the truth.”
“But you must also remember, Subhuti, that such persons have long ago planted the seeds of goodness and merit that lead to this realization. They have planted the seeds of good deeds and charity not simply before one Buddhist temple, or two temples, or five, but before hundreds of thousands of Buddhas and temples. So when a person who hears the words and phrases of this Sutra is ready for it to happen, a pure faith and clarity can awaken within their minds.”
“Subhuti, any person who awakens faith upon hearing the words or phrases of this Sutra will accumulate countless blessings and merit.”
“How do I know this? Because this person must have discarded all arbitrary notions of the existence of a personal self, of other people, or of a universal self. Otherwise their minds would still grasp after such relative conceptions. Furthermore, these people must have already discarded all arbitrary notions of the non-existence of a personal self, other people, or a universal self. Otherwise, their minds would still be grasping at such notions."
