I recommend blanching them, light frying them in grape seed oil, then adding freshly minced garlic, black pepper and chopped scallions to the sauted green beans in turning the heat on high at the very end to give them extra flavor then taking them off the heat and tossing them in a bowl lightly seasoning with sea salt to remove some of the heat.
@@endiskaIm stoned I honestly don't see the point in localizing it dude. Do you like grape seed oil when used in the recipe or do you prefer another type of oil? Are you trying to point out where you can find an optimal area to buy grape seed oil is near you because I'd assume based on the Wikipedia list of grape production by companies the closest high number of fresh grapes are anywhere but west in nost of Africa as none seem to grown in the midwest and combined with the USA and China being the highest producers on the map, eventually the good grape seed oil would be east north or south for many too. But you just simply said its western tough. So honestly I have to say I'm really convinced your stating it's better in or for western people and I would like to remind you that the internet is not the place to share information like that on as no one can actually use this information with knowing your location which is also bad don't share that info either I get your dim but don't be dumb bro you got this you'll get better at communicating one day
Ohhhhhh!!!! I always did it differently (bc idk how it was done)! I would put the beans in a bowl of water, olive oil and kosher salt and pop them in the microwave for about fifteen minutes. My kids loved them, I loved them!
This and sautéed bok choy in chili sauce is one of my favorites to offer at my local Chinese restaurant!! Over rice and some soy sauce too 😋😋 thanks for sharing!!! I’ve always wondered how these were made!?
You can just saute them with the garlic. I wouldn't deep fry them. I avoid eating too much deep fried food. Or you can air fry them as well and add to the garlic.

In my opinion frying them without blanching makes it more crunchier and it cooks well enough

I wonder if you need fresh green beans or if you can use the canned
Fresh is best
Fresh
Make it without frying, sauté or blanched
A drizzle of sesame oil, and a little crushed red pepper. 😊

Do you have a recipe for broccoli like this one or I can cook the broccoli the same way
😋
I love these but didn’t knows they were deep fried 😢 but I will still eat them
You can just saute them with the garlic. I wouldn't deep fry them. I avoid eating too much deep fried food. Or you can air fry them as well and add to the garlic.
2 versions.. blanched or deep fried. I personally like the blanched one it tastes cleaner haha
They usually aren’t but you shouldn’t expect no oil
You can normally fry them or saute with garlic.
You can also fry them in the Air fryer.

What's the brown sauce that's on them sometimes?
Oyster sauce
I'm looking at that
Yum. How do you make the spicy ones?
Add chilli 😂
Blanching it will be healthier. Then whip it up with avacado or coconut oil then hit it wit dem ingredients. Sha bam delicious
Can I get a skincare routine?
How is this stir fried????
Is that green bean or snake/long bean?
I counted four ingredients... Green beans, garlic, salt, and oil.
Make some Indian food , love from India ❤️
what to look?
You forgot to blanch 1st
No its still missing this super light crust like if they were super slightly batters like thinly all Chinese buffets make them like this what is it ?! 😩
They fry them!? ☹️😳😳😳
Thank you for the “vegan” recipe !!
Watch y Earthlings, the documentary.
FRYYY???
This is exactly how to make something healthy into unhealthy
So? You eat chips made from potatoes don’t you 💀
Don’t eat then 😊
Use cooking olive oil..very healthy.
Seed oils bad. Organic beef tallow good. Omit the seasoned salt and instead use vegan oyster sauce.
Too easy. Make it harder. 😅❤
31K ❤
One way to make healthy green beans less healthy.
4 ingredients*
Too greasy! Maybe just blanched the green beans and it’s healthier in my opinion
Frying those kills the nutrients though
