Love seeing my culture represented 😄
I'm Iranian but I also use garlic. It just makes such a difference 👍🏻
@abdallahz1Somalia is an Arab country, why do you say but? 😂
As a lebanese putting garlic and lemon juice in hummus is a must so don't be shy on your garlic 😂
my hubs is Lebanese; def use garlic and lemon juice in ours too. He throws in cumin LOL it's amazing and layers some good olive oil on top.
I‘m Palestinian and I think it’s so cute how you loved everything! Much love 🥰✨🇵🇸🕊️

Pro-tip: If you have trouble finding dried mint, but you can find mint tea, you can totally cut open a tea bag and sub that in recipes!
Mint tea has tea in it. Just dry a fresh mint, and it won't take time.
@@enaom *herbal mint tea
You can dry the mint itself easy peasy
@@enaomwhat’s tea? I thought mint tea is just dried mint and it becomes mint tea when you add water. I didn’t know tea is an ingredient…
@@carliemarlieetea most commonly are leaves of plant(Camellia sinensis plant) that's dried and then crushed to make drinks.......it's used in many ways and when someone says mint tea mostly it would mean that it's just crushed tea leaves that are flavoured with mint. Hope that helped

Lebanese Fattoush and Taboule are to die for! They're so delicious and healthy you should definitely try making taboule as well it's so easy. I'm glad you discovered the pomegranate molasses it literally makes everything better!! A tip: youu should try putting it on the shawarma wrap as well it elevates it sooo muchh!
Fattoush is not even close to healthy lol
@@uhm175 ???? It's literally a salad with lemon and olive oil dressing without any cheese and you can put any kind of vegetables in it how is it not healthy just because it has some oil fried bread crumbs on top? you can air fry them or put them in the oven I dk what you're talking about lol
Im Palestinian and love to add some garlic, as well as lemon into my hummus! I garnish with unblended chickpeas
Plastic 🤣🤣🤣 where is plastic?! Free playstation 😂😂😂😂😂
You should try Moroccan cuisine next Tina! 💗
It's AMAZING!
I mean one of the front line cuisines out there
@@Keliam888Exactly!
True, a whole another level 🇲🇦
As a Syrian this is really heart warming that someone is trying middle eastern food who is not from the Middle East
Love u❤
In your salad, add some pomegranate seeds for extra pop. 😊
My favorite pomegranate!
You made Arabic dishes exactly as they should you are amazing❤️ بالعافيه
I'm so happy u actually got the ingredients spot on .. ITS SOS SATISFYING
Great video as always! Love everything from The Golden Balance. Also my family adds olive oil and garlic to hummus while blitzing the chickpeas, also looks like you needed to boil the chickpeas for longer until they become super soft (my family also never adds ice cubes idk what those do) hope this helps ❤️
You did so well Tina! Good job! Hummus is the best when garlic is in it. I always get the roasted garlic hummus from the store. It’s my absolute favorite. I’m for sure gonna make hummus now.
As a middle eastern (lebanese), hommos defo has garlic in it so your intuition was on the spot
I literally paused to make this salad for lunch/ before dinner snack!! Oh my gosh it was soooo good!! ❤
Really enjoyed you doing these recipes ....
You made them look so easy ❤
I love this series so much!!!
Middle eastern cuisine is legit on of the best

Exactly! Not surprise.
Gosh I was already craving shawarmas... oooo also if you ever make more Middle Eastern dishes, you should make stuffed grape leaves They're sooooo good and worth it trust me
weeeee neeeeeed a PART TWO!!!!! middle eastern foods are the BEST
Your videos make my day ❤🦋
Making Hummus can be easier! Just buy pre boiled chickpeas (canned) wash it. Blend it with some icecubes .. traditional Hummus is always made with lemons salt garlic and tahini … ♥️
I think doing different kinds of breads from around the world would be fun - like fairy bread from Australia, soda bread from Ireland, that kind of thing
I think you can freeze the left over bean and use it when you need it. I love your expression! So cute😂
I literally have all of your food vids saved to my food favs 🥲
Mouthwatering food ❤❤❤
Loved the video! 🇵🇸❤️
That salad is looking really good👍😛 Easy and healthy too. Love it. Ingredients are common too, which is good.
Definitely gonna make it
i need more middle eastern cuisine vidsss!!!
Wow! Finally you tried it and glad you enjoyed cooking!❤️
Lol ,"wait, I forgot my man" 😂😂😂
Will definitely try these.
I love these types of videos, thank youuuuu😂❤
I'd like you to try either traditional Italian food or Eastern European because heritage. I'm interested to know what you think of many of the dishes as I was raised on both.
You just cooked a perfect Lebanese lunch. we usually add a ball of fries and something cold to drink and perfect! You should try more traditional lebanese food like Taboule and Kebe maybe mjadara?!! And about the pomegranate molasses its a very well known Lebanese sauce we make it ourselves actually veryy cool process and way better than store bought. Try it with some meat it's to die for.
Hell yeee Lovely video ! Happy you enjoyed Middle Eastern food!
THESE ARE MY FAVE VIDEOSSSS
Middle eastern cuisines are sooo nice, even if i couldnt eat lamb/ mutton due to my allergies, this video threw me back years ago when i was living in abu dhabi. Sooo, sooo good i remade this back home especially the shawarma and hummus 😭🥹🥹. By the way, do Indonesian food!!

Egyptian food is literally the same as Arabic. Its like saying Chinese food vs Japanese. Its identical.
We need part 2 ❤️🔥❤️🔥
you are amazing!!
for me when i make those dishes i usually use store hummus even the garlic sauce i never tried to make it all by myself. even though I'm from middle east and i have all the ingredients.
Oh my Goodness 😭 I've been a fan of you since your pink hair, and i always wish you make a video about the Arab or middle easte culture, and finally u make one , please make another video about Arabic make up , love u soooooooooooo much 😭❤️🤍💙💚💜💛🧡

Garlic and lemon in hummus is just chefs kiss 👍🏻
I really really love your video
Glad you like our Arabic cuisine ❤
The only thing the hummus is missing, is lemon juice
she said there was lemon juice in the water-salt-ice mixture she was adding before tahini
Here’s lemon 🍋 😹😻
Love this ❤️
I love garlic in my Hummus too , also your pronunciation of toum( which is basically garlic ) is on point
🇩🇿Hello, is there any appreciation because I am the first to watch the video and I am from Algeria. Greetings to you, bye

Hi from the Middle East
Your enthusiasm is very wonderful 😂😂
I’m in love with shawarma 😍😍
These tik tok recipes videos are the best mouth wattering literally 😂❤
couldn't agree more
As a Palestinian, it is funny that I watch the clip and I can imagine how the food tastes, and I craved hummus, so I got up and ate it.😂😂😚
girl i can SMELL your breath through the screen
the hummus so good
So glad you liked everything but one thing I found strange was how your pomegranate molasses was sweet? it does have a bit of sweetness to it, but it's supposed to be very sour lmao
You did sooo well with these recipes they look so delicious and very authentic (especially the garlic in the hummas you fixed the recipe), again glad you liked them❤
