Back in 1983 I lived up on South Halsted mountain Elizabeth on the other side of South holston is Bristol Tennessee. I like your van I got a three-quarter 1976 Chevrolet van that is for 32 years I fixed it up fixing put another paint job on it mine is bird blue bird egg blue.

You need put big rims and big tires this is the # P2 - 65 or 75 or 95 - 50 - R - 15 Good year.
Nice but that paint is in serious need of polishing.
