Our Build in Spain Episode 2 - Preparation for Plumbing & Electrics

Where we undertake the ambitious project of renovating two abandoned apartments in
Almeria, Spain.
Despite having minimal DIY experience, We was determined to transform these derelict properties into our dream home.
So to reduce our costs after speaking to the trades, I carved out all the
channels for the pipework and conduit for the electrical cables and sockets
marking out with my lovely pink lines.
I'm not sure the discount warranted the work involved, so negotiate carefully if you do the same.
Also invest in a good hammer drill. It did come in useful to save some floor tiles as well, see in the episode.
