All those influencers walking around filming with their big expensive cameras, there will be better pics that emerge of these people at some point in the day.
With Cameras everywhere, did they not lnow they would be seen? I'd be surprised if they aren't caught with these video out there? Are high-end stolen cards easy to sell? Who do they sell them to?
You're telling me they have 5, 6 or even 7 figures in cases and don't have some form of tracking or at least lock on them? Put an airtag in it or something!
@blastingoff even if it had a lock and air tags I think they would be prepared for that. Cut the lock and dump the box with air tags. I'm unfamiliar with any tracking that can be placed at the card level if it exists. I agree though looking at it from my perspective I'd have every security measure possible. I'm guessing the owner is doing ok for himself not to be paranoid.
I hate to say this, but something fishy , smells about this! ( I have a feeling , the 3, also works for Ashish! ) I could be wrong! But I'm asking everyone in the comments? That sees this! Wouldn't you , make sure! That case , that was snatched! Was like handcuffed to your wrist! I understand the show was winding down! I also understand about the distraction! But.....................Why , why wasn't that case , put up! Locked away somewhere! Here's the other problem! ( alot of people that jumped into the hobby, during the pandemic, ( that had no business, getting into ) got buried $$$ into sports cards! ) and guess what, insurance jobs! Yes, to get out of the debt, due to the decline of sports cards dropping in value!
I fully agree and have been thinking and saying the same thing. I do hope we’re wrong though. Either way it’s crazy to not have that case be top priority and on watch at ALL TIMES. I mean really. Regardless if it was the end of the show etc. What was the owner even doing at that time? Doesn’t seem like there’s really any excuses to not have that case locked up somehow. Could have even had it locked to a table or an alarm or an air tag at least. I admit I don’t know the owner but the logical part of my brain just says it doesn’t add up. Could definitely be an inside job or even an elaborate attempt of insurance fraud. Let’s be real it’s way more difficult to find the right buyers for these high value cards in the current market environment. Could also be that the owner knows those involved and they live overseas 🤷♂️ All speculation really as I said I don’t know them personally but as I said hope we’re wrong. If so I hope they get the collection back.
@@fern9719 I personally don’t know Ash so not directly making accusations or anything. Maybe consider the market is much slower now overall despite what some TH-camrs/promoters/shillers will say. I know a lot of people who went overboard on cards who initially had plans to offload them for profit but are essentially stuck holding them. Many are even underwater on them. Also combine inflation and the fact people simply have different priorities and collectors aren’t dropping as much money on cards as they were before. It’s much more difficult to move/sell cards for profit and find the right buyers for higher priced cards for profit especially compared to last year and from the lockdown peak. That being said my point is there could be an incentive in attempting something shady 🤷♂️ Nobody really knows someone’s financial or personal situation. As I said earlier though I do hope I’m wrong and if it was just a really bad mistake to leave over 1 million dollars sitting down on the floor for anyone to walk up to and grab. I for sure hope he gets it back. Guess we’ll have to wait and see.
Venezuelans and Romanians are having a feast in the US.

1 video says 1mill. Another one says 1.5 . And now yours is over 2mill. Have a feeling its gonna be over 5mill by tomorrow 😂
does it really matter?
@@buyystocksuhh..yes? Lying for attention is pathetic.

Not at this amount but this kind of stuff has gone on in cards, coins, and stamp shows for decades. Hope they quickly catch the guys.

They had a plan and it worked
now it's up to 2 million?
Looks like at least 6 tables , with that kind of inventory id had lot more people working tables, and security.
Sketchy as hell.

Only difference is ash sells a lot of cards and makes a lot of money doing it. He would have no incentive to do so.
